Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁基板又は誘電体基板の片方の面に接地導体
    を形成し、他方の面に複数のくし状のコンデンサ
    用電極を設け、次に絶縁基板又は誘電体基板を介
    して複数形成した略コの字状又は多重スパイラル
    状の伝送線路各々の一端とコンデンサ用電極間各
    々をスルーホールで接続し、前記伝送線路各々の
    他端と接地導体間をスルーホールで接続してコン
    デンサ用電極と接地導体間で複数の共振用コンデ
    ンサを形成し、前記共振用コンデンサと伝送線路
    で共振回路を複数個構成し、伝送線路各々に入出
    力端子を設け、接地導体にアース端子を設け、伝
    送線路各々の一辺を近接結合してなる高周波フイ
    ルタ。
