す配線図、第４図は第３図に示した本考案のフイ
ルタの周波数レスポンス図表、第５Ａ図および第
５図Ｂは３極モノリシツク水晶共振器の好適な構

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ｘ，ＹおよびＺ軸を有し、該ＸおよびＺ軸に関
    して予め定められた非等方性を示すモノリシツク
    圧電素子６０；それぞれが予め定められた寸法で
    あり、かつ前記圧電素子の反対側に形成された電
    極を有する、前記圧電素子上に形成された第１、
    および第３の電極対６２，６４，６６を具え、前
    記第１電極対は、 ；圧電素子上にそのＸ軸に沿
    つた予め定められた位置に置かれるものであり、
    第２電極対は圧電素子上にそのＸ軸に沿つて前記
    第１の電極対から予め定められた距離に置かれ、
    また第２電極対は、圧電素子のＺ軸に沿つて置か
    れるものであり、前記第３電極対は、圧電素子に
    そのＺ軸に沿つて前記第２の電極対から予め定め
    られた距離に置かれるものであり前記電極対のう
    ち圧電素子の反対側に形成された電極は、夫々所
    定幅の短絡片により接続され、 また前記第２電極対の電極は互に短絡され、 前記第１の電極対に信号を印加し、前記第３電
    極対から処理された信号を取り出すことを特徴と
    する多極共振器。
