Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 有機炭素化合物のガスを管状炉を通し、高
    温に加熱して炭素繊維を生成させる気相法炭素繊
    維の製造装置において、上記管状炉内に、生成し
    た炭素繊維を管状炉出口に向つて強制的に搬送す
    るとともにガスの流通を阻害することのない搬送
    装置を設けたことを特徴とする気相法炭素繊維の
    製造装置。 (2) 搬送装置がスクリユー型の装置である実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の気相法炭素繊維
    の製造装置。 (3) 搬送装置が管状炉内壁に沿つて長さ方向に
    往複動するリング状装置である実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の気相法炭素繊維の製造装置。
