Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は半導体装置用フラットパッケージに関し、特に
プリント基板上に実装する半導体装置用フラットパッケ
ージに関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来の半導体装置用フラットパッケージは、実装の際に
プリント基板と相対する面が、パックージ本体、リード
共に平面状であった０ 〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕 そのため、プリント基板に実装する際、引っ掛りがない
ため横方向にずｎることがあり、プリント基板上に枠等
を設けない限り、実装時の位置決めを精度よく行なうの
は容易ではないという欠点があった０ 〔問題点を解決するための手段〕 本発明の半導体装置用フラットパッケージは、プリント
基板との位置決めを容易にする為、プリント基板と相対
するパッケージ裏面に、リード下面よシも下方に突き出
た突起を複数個有している０〔実施例〕 次に本発明について図面を参照して説明する。
図は本発明の一実施例の縦断面図である。
本発明のパッケージは、プリント基板４に対向するフラ
ットパッケージ本体１の裏面に、リード５の下面よりも
下方に突き出た突起２を複数個設けである。またプリン
ト基板４には、突起２の位置に該当する箇所に孔３をあ
けておく。
突起２にはテーパ金つけ、孔３に入り易くしておけば、
容易にプリント基板とパッケージ本体１との位置合わせ
が可能である。
この突起２は、樹脂封止型パッケージの場合は。
樹脂封止の際にパッケージ本体と一体に形成できるし、
また、セラミック封止型パッケージの場合は、あらかじ
めセラミックパッケージ焼成時に一体に設けておけばよ
い。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように本発明は、フラットパッケージ本体
に突起を設ける事により、実装時の位置合わせ全容易に
精度よく行なうことができる効果がある。

  1. 半導体装置用フラットパッケージにおいて、実装時にプ
    リント基板と相対するパッケージ裏面に、リード下面よ
    りも下方に突き出た複数個の突起を設けた事を特徴とす
    る半導体装置用フラットパッケージ。
