Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は脊柱に対し、脊柱管拡大術を施す際に、拡大さ
れた椎弓を開大位に保持する人工椎弓に関するものであ
る。
〔従来技術とその問題点〕
頚椎痙性を髄症、後縦靭帯骨化症Ｌ　０ＰＬＬ）脊柱管
狭窄症等によってを髄が圧迫され麻痺が発生する場合の
治療方法として、椎弓響除術（１４＠１ｎｅｃｔ。
ｍν）が用いられる。　これによると、椎弓を切除する
事によってを髄への圧迫を減じる事が可能となり、麻痺
回復が期待できる。
しかしながら、最近椎弓を残し、再建する脊柱管拡大術
が椎弓切除術に変わり、一般に施行されるようになった
。この場合量大、拡大した椎弓を拡大位に保つ事が困難
であり、術後しばしば拡大椎弓の落ち込みをみる場合が
ある。従来は糸にて拡大椎弓を支え落ち込みを防いでい
たが、これでは不充分かつ不安定であった。従って拡大
椎弓を拡大位で確実に把持出来る人工補綴物が必要とな
った。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
脊柱管拡大後、脊柱管を十分に押し広げ拡大し神経組織
に対する圧迫を防ぎかつ保護し開大椎弓の落ち込みを防
ぐ目的で、人工椎弓をを椎の切除部に嵌め込んで開大椎
弓を把持することによって問題の解決をはかる°。
〔実施例〕
以下、本発明実施例を図によって説明する。
第１図（イ）（ロ）は本発明実施例に係る人工椎弓１と
、該人工椎弓１を椎体Ａに装着した状態を示し、この人
工椎弓１は生体親和性、機械的強度、耐蝕性などの生体
内安定性を備えたアルミナ、ジルコニア、アパタイトな
どのセラミック材料や、チタン合金などの金属を母材と
し、必要に応じてその表面にアパタイト、窒化チタンな
どのセラミツーりをコーティングした複合材料から成り
、かつ、この人工椎弓１における骨との連結部２の形状
は第２図、第３図に部分拡大図を示すように、凹凸表面
をもった構造でもよい。
すなわち、第２図のように人工椎弓１の端部に量大した
椎弓ａを挿入し、固定する型式ものや、第３図のように
椎弓ａに形成した凹部中に挿入して固定するなど種々の
連結部２としての構造が実現され得る。
〔発明の効果〕
畝上のように本発明によれば、を髄圧迫麻痺などに対し
て行われる脊柱管拡大術において人工椎弓を用いる事に
より量大椎弓を確実に把持し、を推管空間を的確に開き
さらに手術時間手術侵襲を大幅に軽減することができる
など人類の社会福祉にとって極めて有益である。

椎弓の斜視図とその装着態様を示す椎体の断面図である
。 第２図、第３図はそれぞれ本発明実施例による人工椎弓
の連結部と椎弓との連結構造を示した部分断面図である

  1. 脊柱における椎弓と接続固定するための、連結部を両端
    部に具備したことを特徴とする人工椎弓。
