【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は硬く美しい紫色を存する装飾用焼結金合金に関
するものである。

従来装飾用金合金は、ＡｕにＣｕ、Ｎ ｉ、、ＺｎＣｏ
、Ｐｄ、Ａｇ等を添加し材料色調を変えるかＡｕ−Ａ１
．の金属間化合物を直接用いるかＰＶＤ法によりＡｕと
Ａｊ＋の被膜を形成した後、熱処理により、金属間化合
物を作り用いていた。

しかし、従来のＡｕにＣＬ１％ Ｎｉ、Ｚｎ、Ｃ。
Ｐｄ、Ａｇ等を添加する方法では、材料色調が白色が黄
金色に限られ、Ａｕ−Ａｊ＋の金属間化合物は硬く美し
い紫色を存するが、脆く加工が出来ないため用途が限ら
れ、ＡｕとＡＩをＰＶＤ法により被膜を形成し熱処理に
より作る方法は、被膜が摩耗し色が部分的に変わってし
まう等の問題があった。
金色に限られ、Ａｕ−Ａｊ＋の金属間化合物は硬く美し
い紫色を存するが、脆く加工が出来ないため用途が限ら
れ、ＡｕとＡＩをＰＶＤ法により被膜を形成し熱処理に
より作る方法は、被膜が摩耗し色が部分的に変わってし
まう等の問題があった。
本発明は上記のような問題点を解決するため、Ａ ｕ−
Ａ ＩＩの金属間化合物粉末と、ＮＬ、Ｃｏ、Ｐｄの粉
末一種を用いて粉末冶金法により加工性が良く、硬く美
しい紫色を有する金合金を提供するものである。

以下にＡｕ７７重量％とＡ＃２３重量％からなる金属間
化合物粉末にＣｏ、Ｎｉ、Ｐｄ粉末を、１０重量％まぜ
圧粉、焼結した実施例を示す。

これらの合金材料を人工汗浸漬試験により装飾材に必要
な耐食性を調査した所、従来の金合金と同等の結果を得
た。

以上述べてきたように、本発明によれば、従来にない硬
く美しい紫色を有する装飾用金合金を作ることが出来る

Claims (1)
- Ａｕ７０〜８３重量％とＡを３０〜１７重量％からなる
金属間化合物を主成分とし、その中に少なくともＮｉ、
Ｃｏ、Ｐｄの一種を７〜３０重量％含有させたことを特
徴とする装飾用紫色焼結金合金。
