Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） この発明は導線から外装又はおおいを取り除き、一対の
シミーとジョーの間にある外装をした導線を一緒に閉じ
る装置とを有する種端で、工具と導線との間に相対的に
動いたとぎにジョーが外装を切断し導線は外装が切断点
から前方へはがされるようになるような皮はぎ工具に関
する。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） この発明の目的は外装が薄（て脆く例えば０、０２５−
以下の厚さが可能なシリコン被覆の場合、及びファイバ
自身が容易に損傷する場合の７アイパ光学導線に使用す
るのに迩しているような上記のような工具を提供するこ
とである。
（問題点を解決するよめの手段） 本発明によれば参照した種類の工具は、互いに一端部で
枢動され、他操部で導線に接触するようになっており、
端部の間が弾性的で曲るのでジョーを互いに導線に閉じ
た後に更に加える閉じ圧力がジョーな彎曲させる一対の
ジョーなそなえている。このこと自身が強過ぎて握られ
℃はいけない脆い導線に損傷を与えないように貢献し、
以下に述べるような本発明の他の特徴と組み合わせて追
加の利点を有する・ 本発明の重要な％微によれば、各ジョーは他のジョーに
隣接した腰をしており、導線接触羽根はジョーから相互
に向かって突き出ており、前記羽根は、互いに平行でジ
ョーが（最初に）導線に閉じたとぎに導線の軸線に平行
な面を含んでいる。それで、ジョーが付加荷重で曲った
ときに、前記面は頑斜するので面の縁端又は踵が４ａに
接触し、このことは単位面積当りの荷車が１大する。実
際にジョーに静から圧力を与え僅かな軸方向の圧力が工
具を導線に対して皮はぎする方向に偏倚させるようにな
ることにより、羽根は傾いて加えられた圧力の増加を伴
い相対的な動きが導線に沿って工具に起こったときに外
装が切断されるようなときまでに至ることが見られる。
このようにして工具は外装の特徴に有効に自分で調整す
る：　即ち容易に切断する外装はジョーが非常に多く彎
曲する前に軽い圧力で切断するが、より頑丈な外装はよ
り大きい圧力と彎曲を必要とする◎ それで皮はぎは導線の損傷の危険が殆ど又は全（なしで
完遂される。
本発明の更に好ましい形状によると、一つの羽根は羽根
の導線接触面から開いている一連の平行な細かいスリッ
トを有し、二つの目的のたメニ硬いプラスチックのよう
な弾性があり変形する材料でできている：　二つの目的
の最初は羽根が導線を損傷する危険を避けるためで、こ
の避けることは羽根の材料がそうすれば光ファイバより
も軟かいからであり；　第二には外装が＆−！、がされ
たとぎにファイバがスリットの中へ入ることができて導
線は比較的長い長さがはがされねばならないときでもジ
ョーの「中」に保持されるようになる。
スリット羽根はスリットのためにケーブルが横方向に変
形するような極端な自由さを有する。
言い換えるとスリットは開いてファイバを入れることが
できる。
この発明の一実施例が添付の図面を参照して更に詳しく
説明される。
（実施例） 第１図に示す工具は二つの似た要素をそなえているグラ
イヤ状工具で、各要素はピボット１２で交差して延びジ
ョーを形成する作動レバーハンドル１０を有している。
各要素は適当な比較的柔軟で少し弾性のあるプラスチッ
ク材料でできている。ハンドル部分はｌ’−ｔＪ断面に
なっていてジョーの各端部１４．１６と同様にハンドル
部分を頑丈に剛性にしている。端部の間の１８でこの構
造は柔軟な腰をしている。羽根田がジョーの各端部１１
４．１６に位置している、 羽根美は摩耗した後に交換するため入れ換えられる。
羽根を最初に４庫に接触したときは第１図に示すように
各羽根は外装をつげた導線δの軸線に平行な端面こを有
する。導線の外装を除くために羽根の踵だけが導線に接
触するようにさせる曲がることがこの観点で本発明をよ
りよく理解するために誇張した形で第２図に示しである
。
一つの羽根は第３図に最もよく見えるように平行なスリ
ット列な有する。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １　一端部で互いに枢動され、他端部で導線に接触する
    ようになつており、端部の間が弾性があつて彎曲するの
    でジョーが導線に互いに閉じた後で、更に加える閉じ圧
    力がジョーを弯曲させるような一対のジョーをそなえて
    いる、外装又はおおいを導線から取り除く皮はぎ工具。 ２　各ジョーはその端部の間に柔軟な部分を備えるよう
    な腰をしている特許請求の範囲第１項記載の皮はぎ工具
    。 ３　導線接触羽根はジョーから相互に向かつて突き出て
    ジョーが最初に閉じたとき互いに平行な面を有する特許
    請求の範囲第１項又は第２項の何れかに記載の皮はぎ工
    具。 ４　羽根はジョーが彎曲したときに導線に接触する四角
    な縁端又は踵を備えた形状をしている特許請求の範囲第
    ３項記載の皮はぎ工具。 ５　少なくとも一枚の羽根は一連の平行な側面スリット
    を有し硬いが弾性があり変形する材料でできている特許
    請求の範囲第１項から第４項までの何れかに記載の皮は
    ぎ工具。
