Claims (1)
- 第１のウエハキヤリアから石英からなる第２の
ウエハキヤリアに半導体ウエハを移し替える装置
において、基台と、その基台に固定された位置決
め部材と、上記基台に移動可能に取付けられた移
動台と、上記基台に回転可能に設けられた回転軸
と、その回転軸に設けられた雄ネジ部と、上記移
動台に固定されかつ上記雄ネジ部と螺合した雌ネ
ジ部材と、出力軸が上記回転軸に取付けられたス
テツピングモータと、上記移動台上に載置された
上記第２のウエハキヤリアのウエハ収納溝を検知
するホトセンサと、そのホトセンサの出力に応じ
て上記ステツピングモータを制御する制御装置と
を具備することを特徴とするウエハ移替装置。
