た自動ウエハ移し替え機において、基台に、位置
調整機構を備えたウエハ検出用センサを設け該セ
ンサをウエハチヤツク下部の移し替え位置に対向
せしめたことを特徴とする重ね置防止装置付自動
ウエハ移し替え機。 (2) ウエハ検出用センサは、反射型センサであ
