第1図は本考案による実施例のシール構造を示
すベアリングの縦断面図、第2図は本考案による
実施の構造を説明するための途中の工程段階を示
したベアリングの部分的な縦断面図、第3図は、
第2図と同じく、途中の他の工程段階を示したベ
アリングの部分的な縦断面図、第4図は、第1図
におけるコーナー部分の構造を説明するための拡
大された部分的な縦断面図、第5図は本考案によ
る変形の1つを一部断面によつて示した部分図で
ある。図において、10は内側リング部材、11
は外側リング部材、11′は末加工の外側リング
、12は摩滅止め、13は球状の凸面、14は円
柱状のはめ込み穴、15,16は平行端面、17
は円筒の外周表面、18,19は溝、20は保持
用リツプ、21は弾力性のリング、22,22′
,23はふくらみ部分、24はカウンター・ボア
ー、24′,25はフラスト・コニカル面、31
は内側部材、33,34はブート部材である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 凸状の球面をもつている内側部材と、該凸状
の球面に摺動的に接する凹状の内面をもつている
一体で形成された外側リング部材とを有し、該外
側リング部材の少なくとも軸方向一端には、前記
凸状の球面に近接する領域で円周状に連続し、半
径方向にスペースをとつて変形することのできる
材質の環状のリツプが形成され、該リツプと前記
凸状の球面との間の半径方向のスペースには弾力
性のシール部材が収容され、該シール部材が前記
凸状の球面に対して半径方向に占める前記スペー
ス内で前記リツプの軸方向外端により軸方向に圧
縮保持され、かつ該シール部材の軸方向への圧縮
にともなつて前記凸状の球面に接触する該シール
部材が弾力的、かつ円周状に連続的に半径方向内
方に向けて圧縮されるように構成された自己心合
わせベアリング。 2 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載のベア
リングにおいて、前記外側リング部材には、前記
凹状の内面が前記凸状の球面に接する領域に、露
呈されたテトラフルオローエチレンのフイラメン
トの摩滅止めを備えていることを特徴とする自己
心合わせベアリング。
