Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 少なくとも、発電機の励磁装置、マイナス線
およびプラス線を接続するための端子を有し、能
動回路素子および受動回路素子を備え、その際回
路素子の第1の部分が出力部に所属し、回路素子
の第2の部分が制御部に所属し、出力段のスイツ
チング区間が励磁装置と直列に接続可能でありか
つ励磁装置を橋絡するためのフライホイールダイ
オードを含んでおり、トランジスタに類似したケ
ーシングを有し、該調整装置ケーシングが金属基
板を有し、 出力部は第1のチツプ上に集積されておりかつ
第1のチツプは金属基板上に直接ろう付けされて
おり、 制御部は第2のチツプ上に集積されておりかつ
第2のチツプは絶縁プレートを中間介挿して前記
金属基板上に固定されており、 フライホイールダイオードは第3のチツプ上に
集積されておりかつ第3のチツプも直接金属基板
上にろう付けされており、調整装置ケーシングは
、少なくとも2つの前置抵抗を含んでいる、発電
機用電圧調整装置において、 出力部12を有する第1のチツプ14およびフ
ライホイールダイオード19を有する第3のチツ
プ29は、制御部13を有する第2のチツプ22
を支持する絶縁プレート43の領域の外部におい
て金属基板42上に配置されており、かつ絶縁プ
レート43としてセラミツクプレートが使用され
、かつ2つの前置抵抗37,38は絶縁プレート
43を形成するセラミツクプレート上に被着され
て成る発電機用電圧調整装置。 2 2つの前置抵抗37,38を分圧器の形で第
2のチツプ22の入力側27,35の間に接続し
、かつ2つの前置抵抗37,38の接続点36を
、プラス線28に対するセラミツクプレート43
