Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （Ｉ栢業」−の利用分野） 本発明は広告ないし装飾に用いるポスターに関する。
（従来の技イホ■） 縦横たとえば１ｍ乃至１．５ｍ以上の大判のボスク−を
製作するには手作業的な塗装によるほかに、写真と印刷
による手法が従来知られている。
（発明か解決しようとする問題点） 写真も印刷も塗装に比較して同一パターンの複製に適す
るが、写真は引延ばしや焼付けに手数を要し大型ポスタ
ーの量産には向かない。また印刷は版か必要で、写真と
は逆に量産しないと単価が割高になり不経済である。加
えて写真も印刷も出来上ったポスターは太陽光線の直射
に弱く塗装に°よるポスターに比較して退色し易いとい
う欠点かある。
本発明は退色しにくく耐久性に富み、しかも同一パター
ンを忠実に再現するポスターを提供することを目的とす
る。
（問題点を解決するための手段） 本発明では、基材の表面にこの基材と異なる色彩の細帯
状のストライプを多数本平行に接着すると共に、前記ス
トライプの巾を所定のパターンに従い、広狭に変化を付
して形成してストライプ間より基材表面を露出させ、シ
ート上に当該パターンを表示するように構成する。
（作用） ストライプの巾を所定のパターンに従い、広狭に変化を
付して形成し、これにより隣接するストライブ間の間隙
より露出する基材表面の形状と面積を変え、これら基材
の露出部分とストライプとか共同して所定のパターンを
描き出す。
（実施例） これを図面に示す実施例について説明すると、ｌは発泡
スチロール酸の薄板から成る白色の基材で、その表面に
多数のプラスチックフィルム製の黒色のストライプ２を
平行に接着する。（たとえば縦横１０１００ｃｍＸ８０
の長方形の基材に巾４　ｍ／ｒｎの横方向のストライプ
２を０　、８　ｍ／ｍ間隔で合計２１０本接着する。） そして基材ｌに描き出すべき人間の眼の映像のパターン
Ａに従い、映像の明るい部分に相当するストライプ２を
明るさく輝度）が増すに従い大きく削り取りストライプ
２の巾を狭く形成して、白色の基材ｌの露出面積を広く
する。映像の暗部に相当する箇所のストライプ２は削ら
ずにそのまま残す。（前記の巾４　ｍ／ｍのストライプ
の場合、映像の最も明るい部分に相当する箇所のストラ
イプ２の巾は１．Ｏｍ／ＩＯで、最暗部に相当する箇所
のストライプの巾は４　ｒｓ／ｖａである。従って映像
の最も明るい部分に相当する箇所の基材表面の露出部分
の巾は１．５＋１．５＋０．８＝３．８ｍ／ａで、最暗
部のそれは０．８＋ａ／ｍである。
その製法の一例を示すと、先ず描き出すべき人間の眼の
モノクロ写真３の全面を光電変換手段４により走査して
写真３を照らす照明の反射光を電気信号に置き換え、こ
の信号に従って眼の映像のパターンＡをコンピュータ５
に記憶する。
そして表面に剥離剤を塗布した台紙６の上に接着剤を介
しプラスチック製黒色フィルム７を貼り合せ、これをｘ
Ｙプロッタ８の移動テーブル９上にフィルム７を表側に
して固定し、前記の記憶した眼の映像のパターンのデー
タに従い、コンピュータ５によりカッタｌＯを互いに交
差するＸ軸およびＹ軸方向へフィルム７に対し相対的に
移動して、黒色フィルム７に左右に蛇行した切断線１１
を切り込む。
切断線１１は第３図（イ）のようにデジタル的な折線に
より構成してもよく、また同図（ロ）のようにアナログ
的な曲線により構成してもよい。
９ノ断線１１を切り込んだら、フィルム７の不要部分７
ａを指先で台紙６よりはがして取り除く。
これにより台紙６にフィルム７より成る細帯状のストラ
イプ２が得られる。
ここで蛇行する切断線１１は、第４図に示すように、左
右両端の折返点の少なくとも一端において連続させてお
けば、この連続部分の一端をはがすだけで残り全部の不
要部分７ａを一挙に台紙６より引きはかすことができる
。
次に、この台紙６の上に、ストライプ２（すなわち黒色
フィルム７）の裏面に塗った接着剤よりも接着力の弱い
接着剤を塗布した転写シート１２の粘着面を貼り合せ、
互いに富着した後、両者を引きはかすと台紙６には剥離
剤か塗布しであるためストライプ２は台紙６よりはかれ
て転写シートＩ２の粘着面側に付着する。そしてこの転
写シート１２を白色の発泡スチロール薄板から成る基材
ｌに重ね、転写シート１２の上からストライプ２の接着
面をスチロール板の基材ｌに押圧し、転写シー）１２を
はがすとストライプ２の接着力が転写シート１２のそれ
より強いため、ストライプ２は転写シート１２よりはが
れて基材１側に接着し、本発明のポスターが出来上がる
。
基材ｌは発泡スチロール板に限らない。たとえ′ば窓の
ガラス板やコンクリート壁に前記の転写シート１２を貼
り付け、これらにストライプ２を貼り付けてもよい、こ
の場合、ガラス板やコンクリート壁が基材となる。また
基材１の表面の形状は平面に限らず電柱のような曲面で
もよい。
基材ｌに高輝度の反射シートを使用すれば、自動車のヘ
ッドライト等の照明により夜間でも鮮明にパターンが見
える。
また基材とストライプとの色の組合せは赤と白、白とセ
ピア色など適宜に選択できる。基材を黒、ストライプを
白にした場合、ストライプの巾は図面の実施例とは逆に
、明るい箇所を広く、暗い箇所を狭く形成する。
なお、ストライプ２は縦横いずれの方向に長く形成して
も同効であることはいうまでもない。
（効果） これを要するに本発明によれば、基材上に接着したスト
ライブにより所定パターンを描き、ストラ・イブ自体か
色を帯ひているので、従来の写真や印刷の手法によるも
のに比較して太陽光線の直射を受けても容易に退色せず
耐久性か飛躍し、しかも多数のストライブの巾を変える
ことにより所定パターンを忠実に表出するのでパターン
の輪郭か明確で人物や風景等を忠実に表出でき、また印
刷のような版を必要としないから多品種少量生産でもコ
スト高にならず、大判のポスターの映像も容易に製作で
きるという効果を奏する。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 基材の表面にこの基材と異なる色彩の細帯状のストライ
    プを多数本平行に接着すると共に、前記ストライプの巾
    を所定のパターンに従い、広狭に変化を付けて形成し隣
    接するストライプ間より前記基材表面を露出させ、基材
    上に当該パターンを表示するようにして成るポスター。
