Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は広告ないし装飾に用いるポスターに関
する。
（従来の技術） 縦横たとえば１ｍ乃至1.5ｍ以上の大判のポス
ターを製作するには手作業的な塗装によるほか
に、写真と印刷による手法が従来知られている。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点） 写真も印刷も塗装に比較して同一パターンの複
製に適するが、写真は引延ばしや焼付けに手数を
要し大型ポスターの量産には向かない。また印刷
は版が必要で、写真とは逆に量産しないと単価が
割高になり不経済である。加えて写真も印刷も出
来上つたポスターは太陽光線の直射に弱く塗装に
よるポスターに比較して退色し易いという欠点が
ある。
本発明は退色しにくく耐久性に富み、しかも同
一パターンを忠実に再現するポスターを提供する
ことを目的とする。
（問題点を解決するための手段） 本発明では、基材の表面にこの基材と異なる色
彩の細帯状のストライプを多数本平行に接着する
と共に、前記ストライプの巾を所定のパターンに
従い、広狭に変化を付して形成してストライプ間
より基材表面を露出させ、シート上に当該パター
ンを表示するように構成する。
（作用） ストライプの巾を所定のパターンに従い、広狭
に変化を付して形成し、これにより隣接するスト
ライプ間の間隙より露出する基材表面の形状と面
積を変え、これら基材の露出部分とストライプと
が共同して所定のパターンを描き出す。
（実施例） これを図面に示す実施例について説明すると、
１は発泡スチロール製の薄板から成る白色の基材
で、その表面に多数のプラスチツクフイルム製の
黒色のストライプ２を平行に接着する。（たとえ
ば縦横100cm×80cmの長方形の基材に巾４ｍ／ｍ
の横方向のストライプ２を0.8ｍ／ｍ間隔で合計
210本接着する。） そして基材１に描き出すべき人間の眼の映像の
パターンＡに従い、映像の明るい部分に相当する
ストライプ２を明るさ（輝度）が増すに従い大き
く削り取りストライプ２の巾を狭く形成して、白
色の基材１の露出面積を広くする。映像の暗部に
相当する箇所のストライプ２は削らずにそのまま
残す。（前記の巾４ｍ／ｍのストライプの場合、
映像の最も明るい部分に相当する箇所のストライ
プ２の巾は1.0ｍ／ｍで、最暗部に相当する箇所
のストライプの巾は４ｍ／ｍである。従つて映像
の最も明るい部分に相当する箇所の基材表面の露
出部分の巾は1.5＋1.5＋0.8＝3.8ｍ／ｍで、最暗
部のそれは0.8ｍ／ｍである。
その製法の一例を示すと、先ず描き出すべき人
間の眼のモノクロ写真３の全面を光電変換手段４
により走査して写真３を照らす照明の反射光を電
気信号に置き換え、この信号に従つて眼の映像の
パターンＡをコンピユータ５に記憶する。
そして表面に剥離剤を塗布した台紙６の上に接
着剤を介しプラスチツク製黒色フイルム７を貼り
合せ、これをXYプロツタ８の移動テーブル９上
にフイルム７を表側にして固定し、前記の記憶し
た眼の映像のパターンのデータに従い、コンピユ
ータ５によりカツタ１０を互いに交差するＸ軸お
よびＹ軸方向へフイルム７に対し相対的に移動し
て、黒色フイルム７に左右に蛇行した切断線１１
を切り込む。
切断線１１は第３図イのようにデジタル的な折
線により構成してもよく、また同図ロのようにア
ナログ的な曲線により構成してもよい。
切断線１１を切り込んだら、フイルム７の不要
部分７ａを指先で台紙６よりはがして取り除く。
これにより台紙６にフイルム７より成る細帯状の
ストライプ２が得られる。
ここで蛇行する切断線１１は、第４図に示すよ
うに、左右両端の折返点の少なくとも一端におい
て連続させておけば、この連続部分の一端をはが
すだけで残り全部の不要部分７ａを一挙に台紙６
より引きはがすことができる。
次に、この台紙６の上に、ストライプ２（すな
わち黒色フイルム７）の裏面に塗つた接着剤より
も接着力の弱い接着剤を塗布した転写シート１２
の粘着面を貼り合せ、互いに密着した後、両者を
引きはがすと台紙６には剥離剤が塗布してあるた
めストライプ２は台紙６よりはがれて転写シート
１２の粘着面側に付着する。そしてこの転写シー
ト１２を白色の発泡スチロール薄板から成る基材
１に重ね、転写シート１２の上からストライプ２
の接着面をスチロール板の基材１に押圧し、転写
シート１２をはがすとストライプ２の接着力が転
写シート１２のそれより強いため、ストライプ２
は転写シート１２よりはがれて基材１側に接着
し、本発明のポスターが出来上がる。
基材１は発泡スチロール板に限らない。たとえ
ば窓のガラス板やコンクリート壁に前記の転写シ
ート１２を貼り付け、これらにストライプ２を貼
り付けてもよい。この場合、ガラス板やコンクリ
ート壁が基材となる。また基材１の表面の形状は
平面に限らず電柱のような曲面でもよい。
基材１に高輝度の反射シートを使用すれば、自
動車のヘツドライト等の照明により夜間でも鮮明
にパターンが見える。
また基材とストライプとの色の組合せは赤と
白、白とセピア色など適宜に選択できる。基材を
黒、ストライプを白にした場合、ストライプの巾
は図面の実施例とは逆に、明るい箇所を広く、暗
い箇所を狭く形成する。
なお、ストライプ２は縦横いずれの方向に長く
形成しても同効であることはいうまでもない。
（効果） これを要するに本発明によれば、基材上に接着
したストライプにより所定パターンを描き、スト
ライプ自体が色を帯びているので、従来の写真や
印刷の手法によるものに比較して太陽光線の直射
を受けても容易に退色せず耐久性が飛躍し、しか
も多数のストライプの巾を変えることにより所定
パターンを忠実に表出するのでパターンの輪郭が
明確で人物や風景等を忠実に表出でき、また印刷
のような版を必要としないから多品種少量生産で
もコスト高にならず、大判のポスターの映像も容
易に製作できるという効果を奏する。

よびロはそれぞれ別の実施例における要部の拡大
正面図、第４図はポスターの製法の説明図、第５
乃至９図は製造行程の説明図で、各図のロはイの
矢印に沿う断面図である。 １は基材、２はストライプ。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 基材の表面にこの基材と異なる色彩の細帯状
    のストライプを多数本平行に接着すると共に、前
    記ストライプの巾を所定のパターンに従い、広狭
    に変化を付けて形成し隣接するストライプ間より
    前記基材表面を露出させ、基材上に当該パターン
    を表示するようにして成るポスター。
