Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 表面に原稿の複写がなされた複写用紙を、機外
    に排出する用紙排出経路と、両面複写トレイに送
    る用紙循環経路のいずれか一方に選択的に導くイ
    ンバータを備え、前記両面複写トレイに貯えられ
    た片面複写済み複写用紙を両面複写用紙供給手段
    により再度複写部に送つて該用紙の裏面に原稿を
    複写する一方、前記用紙排出経路から排出された
    複写用紙を丁合いするソータを備えた複写機にお
    いて、 前記用紙排出経路に送られる複写用紙の枚数を
    検出するコピー枚数検出手段と、 このコピー枚数検出手段と複写機の複写枚数設
    定手段からの信号を受け、ソータ使用の片面複写
    モードにおいて、前記複写枚数設定手段により設
    定された所望複写枚数が前記ソータのビン数より
    も多い場合、前記ビン数と同数の複写用紙が前記
    用紙排出経路に送らたたとき前記インバータを切
    り換えて、ビン数を超える前記複数写用紙を前記
    両面複写トレイに導き、前記所望複写枚数の複写
    が完了した後に複写機スタート指令が与えられた
    とき、前記複写機を用紙搬送系のみ作動する状態
    に設定し、前記インバータを、複写用紙を前記用
    紙排出経路に導く側に切り換え、それとともに前
    記両面複写用紙供給手段を作動させて、前記両面
    複写トレイに貯えられていた複写用紙を前記ソー
    タに送る制御装置とが設けられたことを特徴とす
    るソータ付き複写機。
