Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は一つまたは（Ｖ数個の周縁！ｉ＋Ｔによって
分離されたトレッド条帯を看ｆする、ブレーカを備えた
車両用空気タイヤに関する。
周縁ｉ；１１によって相互に分離されたこの種のトレッ
ド条帯はある程度独自のトレッド領域として作用する。
従ってトレッドパターンは特別の態様で車道−Ｈにある
水を弾くのに通していて、公知のいわゆるサーフホード
効果をうけっけない。
この発明の基本課題は、個々のトレッド条帯の回部性と
変形性を一つのトレッド条シ；７を持つ通常のＩ１（両
用空気タイヤの場合のように形成４゛ることにある。
更にその上、周縁溝がタイヤカーカスの望ましくない変
形の発生を防止するものである。
この課題を解決するための手段は、タイヤのブレーカを
周縁溝の領域で一個または数個のコードを置物条片によ
って補強するというものである。前１氾コード級物条片
の幅はほぼｊＸ４幅と同じである。
しかしこの１１Ｘ！幅は特に併設溝の幅より僅かしか大
きくすべきではない。その場合条片の幅は、周縁溝の幅
より５０〜７０％大きいものを使用することができる。
このようにして、個々のトレッド条帯の独自性を更に強
化し、即ち周縁溝の幅をなおら広くし、その結果周縁溝
が（トレッドの中心に１（＆−の周縁溝を用いる場合）
トレッドパターンの接地面の２０〜２５％の幅になる。
一実施例を示した図について詳記する。
タイヤのトレッド域とビードｌに定着されたラジアルカ
ーカス２の間に引張りに強い、横方向に強いブレーカ３
でトレッドのほぼ幅にわたって延在するいくつかの層か
ら成るブレーカ３がある。
このブレーカのフードは通常相互に横控を構成する。こ
のいわゆる四層ブレーカはタイヤ横進では通常であるコ
ードから構成されており、従ってこのコートは要求に合
わせて選定することができる。
空気タイヤのトレッド条片８は二つに区分される。即ち
二枚のトレッド条：１７９から構成されており、これら
のトレッド条帯はタイヤ中心でそこにある、リブ状の底
部隆起１１をイずする周縁１ｉｆｔ　Ｉ　Ｏによって相
互に分離されている。トレッド条帯９はいわゆるＶ字型
バクーンを形成して斜めに相互に並行して延在するリブ
１２を有し、これらのリブはタイヤ周方向に対して約３
０度の角度を成している。
周縁＋ｔ！の幅はトレッド条片８の接地幅への約２０％
であるっ 周縁溝ＩＯによって形成されたトレッド条帯９を可能な
限り独自性のあるものにして且つその場合カーカス２の
より強い変形がないようにするために、この発明によっ
て上層５．６の間にコート織物条片Ｉ３を配設しである
。史に別のコード織物条片１４がＪ４縁１Ｉ−７１０の
底部と」−の層４との間にある。二つのコード織物条片
１３と１４は相互に並行しているゴム状の繊維、ローブ
または類似のらのから構成されている。これらのものは
タイヤ周方向と鋭角を作り、従−１て引張りに強いコー
ド織物条片となる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １）一個または数個の周縁溝によって相互に分離された
    トレッド条帯を有する、ブレーカを備えた車両用空気タ
    イヤにおいて、ブレーカが周縁溝（１０）の領域で一本
    または数本のコード織物条片（１３、１４）によって補
    強されており、それらのコード織物条片はほぼ前記周縁
    溝の幅にわたって延在し、特に溝幅より僅かに広いこと
    を特徴とする、車両用空気タイヤ。 ２）溝幅が接地幅（Ａ）の２０〜２５％である場合コー
    ド織物条片（１３、１４）の幅が周縁溝の幅より約５０
    〜７０％広い、特許請求の範囲１）に記載の車両用空気
    タイヤ。 ３）周縁溝（１０）がその底部にぐるりの隆起（１１）
    を有する、特許請求の範囲１）に記載の車両用空気タイ
    ヤ。 ４）トレッド条帯（９）が二本あってこれらのトレッド
    条帯がタイヤ周方向に対して斜めに延在する相互に平行
    なリブを持つパターンを有し、両方の条帯のリブが全体
    で対称にＶ字型に配置されている、特許請求の範囲１）
    に記載の車両用空気タイヤ。 ５）コード織物条片（１３、１４）がブレーカの半径方
    向外側の領域、場合によってはブレーカの上方に配置さ
    れている、特許請求の範囲１）に記載の車両用空気タイ
    ヤ。
