Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 駆動源により強制回転可能に配設され、一雉間隔で円周
    状且つ水平！Ｅ配列された多数の円板状のワークを片寄
    った位置で加工面からはみ出した状、５態に挾持１，て
    加工する円環状の上下の定盤と、上記ワー）の側面を定
    盤の内側から支持する回転自在のガイドリングと、 定盤の回りに一定間隔で自転及び公転可能に配設され、
    上記ワークの側面を定盤の外側から支持するガイドロー
    ラと、 上記ガイドローラを定盤の回りで一定ピッチずつ公転さ
    せるための駆動手段と、 進退自在且つ昇降自在に構成されたワークの掴持部材を
    備え、この掴持部材で加工の終了したワークを掴んで取
    出す加工済ワークの搬出機構と、′進退自在且つ昇降自
    在に構成されたワークの掴持部材を備え、この掴持部材
    で加工すべきワークを掴んで装填する未加エワークの搬
    入機構と、を有することを特徴とする平面研摩装置。
