【発明の詳細な説明】 ての発明は豆腐に椎茸を混入した食品に関する製造方法
である。
従来の豆腐は蛋白質が主であつたが、ビタミンDがある
椎茸を入れることによつて人骨を強くすることになり、
また湯豆腐にすれば椎茸のダシが出て美味しい。
