【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明はかまぼこに椎茸を混入した食品に関する製造
方法である。

従来のかまぼこは原材料が魚肉であり、酸性が強く体に
良くない一面もあつたが、本発明の椎茸入りかまぼこは
ビタミンDが椎茸にあるため、人骨を強くし、また椎茸
のダシが出て美味しく食べることが出きる。
