Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide title products which are nutritious, tasty and beautiful in color by adding vegetables, fruits or powders of marine products into flour.
CONSTITUTION: About 4% of freeze-dried vegetables, fruits, marine products or sea tangles are added into flour or flour mixed with buckwheat flour. Then proper amounts of salt and water are added to it and all these are mixed up.
