。 １０：コンベア、１２：ワーク（被搬送物）、
２２，２４：エアシリンダ（変更駆動手段）、２
８：搬送台車（変更駆動手段）、５８：制御装置
（数量検出センサ）、５６：振動センサ（数量検
出センサ）、２６：搬送容器、５２：振動板、Ｓ
１〜Ｓ９：落下位置。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) コンベアにて送られて来る多数の被搬送物
    を該コンベアの先端に配置された所定の搬送容器
    内に落下させてバラ詰めする被搬送物バラ詰め装
    置において、 前記被搬送物の詰込み数量を検出する数量検出
    センサを設けるとともに、該数量検出センサによ
    つて検出された数量が予め定められた一定量を超
    えたとき前記コンベアの先端位置および／または
    前記搬送容器の位置を変更する変更駆動手段を設
    け、前記被搬送物の該搬送容器に対する落下位置
    を変更して該搬送容器の空間内に該被搬送物を効
    率的に詰め込むようにしたことを特徴とする被搬
    送物バラ詰め装置。 (2) 前記コンベアが前記被搬送物の送り方向に
    伸縮可能なものであり、前記変更駆動手段が該コ
    ンベアを伸縮させるシリンダを含んで構成されて
    いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の被搬
    送物バラ詰め装置。 (3) 前記変更駆動手段が、前記搬送容器を載置
    して前記コンベアによる前記被搬送物の送り方向
    と直角な方向に移動する搬送台車を含んで構成さ
    れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第
    ２項に記載の被搬送物バラ詰め装置。 (4) 前記数量検出センサが、前記コンベアの先
    端部に設けられて前記被搬送物の落下毎に振動す
    る振動板の振動を検出する振動センサである実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項の何れかに
    記載の被搬送物バラ詰め装置。
