【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は可撓チューブに関し、特に内視鏡または類似の
診断医療用、獣医学用または工業用の用具に有用な可撓
プラスチック・チューブに関する。

例は何れも日本国東京都のオリンパス光学会社の米国特
許第3,739,770号および米国特許第3,946

本発明の原理を取入れた可撓プラスチック・チューブは
概して円筒形の壁を有する管を画成する押出しまたは射
出成形の細長いプラスチック材を含み、該管は全て該管
と等長の、中央内腔を内蔵する内部の細長いウェブ構造
と、管壁に形成された複数の2次内腔と、中央内腔の完
全性を保ちつつ管チューブをより可撓性にするのに有効
でチューブの長手にそって管壁に形ぽされた複数の切欠
きと、を有することができる。

Claims (8)
- (1)内視鏡等に有用な連結された背椎状要素の連鎖を
画成する細長い可撓プラスチックであって、概して円形
の壁を有する管を画成する細長い押出しまたは射出成形
のプラスチック材を含み、全て等長の、中央内腔を内蔵
する内部の細長いウェブ構造と、管壁に形成された複数
の2次内腔と、前記中央内腔の完全性を保ちつつ前記管
の可撓性を高めるのに有効で該チューブの長手にそって
前記管壁に形成された複数の切欠きと、を前記管が有し
ているチューブ。 - (2)前記切欠きが前記2次内腔と交差する、特許請求
の範囲第(1)項に記載のチューブ。 - (3)前記切欠きがV字形断面形態を有する、特許請求
の範囲第(2)項に記載のチューブ。 - (4)前記切欠きが対向する対(つい)として一様な型
に配置されている、特許請求の範囲第(2)項に記載の
チューブ。 - (5)前記切又きが薄肉のエラストマー膜板により密封
される、特許請求の範囲第(1)項に記載のチューブ。 - (6)前記膜板が前記管の外側にかぶさるスリーブを画
成する、特許請求の範囲第(5)項に記載のチューブ。 - (7)前記管の内部断面面積を各々が該管と等長である
4つの独立した扇形部分または4分円に分割する、2個
の交差ウェブを前記ウェブ構造が画成する、特許請求の
範囲第(1)項に記載のチューブ。 - (8)内視鏡等に有用な、連結された背椎状要素の連鎖
を画成する細長い可撓プラスチックチューブであって、
概して円形の壁と、該壁に形成された複数の内腔と、可
撓性を高めるために長手にそって該壁に交差する複数の
切欠きと、を有する管を画成する、細長いプラスチック
の押出しまたは射出成形材を含むチューブ。
