【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は可撓チユーブに関し、特に内視鏡また
は類似の診断医療用、獣医学用または工業用の用
具に有用な可撓プラスチツク・チユーブに関す
る。

その代表例は何れも日本国東京都のオリンパス光
学会社の米国特許第3739770号および米国特許第

本発明は、内視鏡等に有用な、全長にわたり背
椎状要素の連鎖を形成する細長い可撓性のプラス
チツク−チユーブであつて、該チユーブは、管壁
に長手方向に延在する複数の内腔を有し、前記管
壁に交差する多数の一連の切欠きが全長にわたり
形成された、プラスチツクの押出し又は射出成形
材から成ることを特徴とする可撓プラスチツク・
チユーブを提供するものである。

材から成ることを特徴とする可撓プラスチツク・
チユーブを提供するものである。
本発明の可撓プラスチツク・チユーブは、管壁
の内腔に内視鏡のヘツドを操作するワイヤ等を通
すことができ、全長にわたり設けられた一連の切
欠きにより高度の可撓性を全長に有し、プラスチ
ツクの押出し又は射出により一体的に成形される
から、内視鏡等に有用であり、かつ、廉価であ
る。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 内視鏡に有用な、全長にわたり背椎状要素の
連鎖を形成する細長い可撓性のプラスチツク・チ
ユーブであつて、該チユーブは、管壁に長手方向
に延在する複数の内腔を有し、前記管壁に交差す
る多数の一連の切欠きが全長にわたり形成され
た、プラスチツクの押出し又は射出成形材から成
ることを特徴とする可撓プラスチツク・チユー
ブ。 2 前記管壁の内側に管直径方向のウエブが形成
され、該ウエブが長手方向に延在する中央内腔を
内臓している特許請求の範囲第1項のチユーブ。 3 前記ウエブが交差する2個のウエブから成
り、該ウエブにより管壁内側の断面が4つの独立
した扇形に分割されている特許請求の範囲第2項
のチユーブ。 4 前記切欠きが前記管壁の内腔と交差する、特
許請求の範囲第1項に記載のチユーブ。 5 前記切欠きがV字形断面形態を有する、特許
請求の範囲第4項に記載のチユーブ。 6 前記切欠きが対向する対の形態をなして一様
なパターンで配置されている、特許請求の範囲第
4項に記載のチユーブ。 7 前記切欠きが薄肉のエラストマー膜板により
密封される、特許請求の範囲第1項に記載のチユ
