Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は地下の建造物外壁の保温冷及び排水路用隔離パ
ネルに関する。このパネルにはパネルの一面上に開放し
ている複数本の排水溝があり、この溝はパネルの第一の
端（上端）から反対側の第二の他端（下端）まで伸び、
パネルの両端で開口している。
かかる隔離パネルは壁の外側での保温冷及びかかる壁の
排水に使用される。建設時に土の埋めもどしに先車って
パネル？保１イ 護すべき壁に押しつける。パネルの断熱特性とは別に、
これらのパネルは水の排水路ケ提供し、特に雨水が排水
溝に溢って下方へ地中に又は集水パイプへと流れる。
これらのパネルは、例えば西ドイツ公開特許出願第ＤＥ
−３１１３８０７号に記載され次様な複数本の垂直に伸
びた溝上それぞれ持っている。しかしこれらのパネルは
個々のパネル七垂直に積み上げる壁の外面被覆作業の際
に、これらのパネル上の垂直に伸、びた排水溝奮うまく
一直線にそろえられぬ可能性があるという共通の欠点を
有する。あるいは垂直に積み上げたパネルが相互に横に
ずれる可能性があり又は部分的につまる可能性があるの
で、色々と排水溝の閉塞が起るであろう。
本発明の目的は先述のｓ顛の隔離パネルで、先述の欠点
が無く、かつ地下壁の外面被覆上形成している個々のパ
ネルのすべての横方向の相対位置に誉込でも有効な排水
で可能とする隔離パネル？提供することにおる。
本発明にＬれば隔離パネルは、パネルの側面に設けられ
、パネルの第一端（上端）及び第二端（下端）に沿って
伸び、各排水溝とつながっており、そして各排水溝に対
して垂直に伸びる連結溝全特徴とする。
好ましくは、本発明の隔離パネルは一体構造体であって
、２枚の平板体が相互に雷な９合いしかも相互に斜め方
向にずれた形状上音しており、それによりパネルの各側
面には、隣接パネルと部分的に重なり、相互にガイドす
るための階段状の巾が形成される。排水溝を設けたパネ
ル面上ウェブ状の材料で覆って、排水溝に覆い七して、
そして土、砂利等が排水溝に入って閉塞するのを防ぐこ
とが出来る。
本発明の対象全添付図面を引用して以下に詳細に記載す
る。
上端部分ケ図１に示した隔離パネルは適当な材料、例え
ば押出成型プラスチック材料、発泡／ラスチック材料又
はモルタルで固めた材料等から作ることが出来る。好ま
しい態様では、隔離板は押出し成型したポリスチＶン発
泡体製である。パネルの一方の主要面に垂直に伸びた平
行な排水溝１會設ける。この溝はパネル七縦方向に端か
ら端まで伸びている。連結溝４はパネルの上側面２に設
けられている。同様な連結溝４″’ｔ、例えば図２及び
図３で示す様に、パネルの下側面３にも設ける。連結溝
４は排水溝１に対し垂直に伸び、そしてパネルの厚み方
向へと排水溝ｌからずれている。図１，２及び３から明
らがな様に、排水溝１は連結溝４と部分的に交叉してお
広連結溝４の外側壁には複数個の開口があり、それぞれ
連結溝４と排水溝１とを結ぶ通路となっている。
囚２には垂直に積み上げた２個の隔離パネルの接合末端
部分七示した。パネルはお互いに横にずれており、それ
ぞれの排水溝１は一直線にそろっていない。これでも、
決して水の排水の問題は起らない。何故なら、上側のパ
ネルの排水溝１を下って来た水は連結溝４に入り、下側
のパネルの排水溝１に到達する迄はこの連結溝４に活っ
て水平に流れ、次に下側のパネルの排水溝１會自由に流
れ下ることが出来るからである。上下に隣接した隔離パ
ネル全この様に横にずらして取付けることによジ、例え
ば土の埋めもどしの間に最上部のパネルの各排水溝だけ
は異物（土、砂利等）でふさがれるかも知れないが、下
方のパネルにかかる異物が入って来るの？この様なずら
した配列によって確実に阻むこともできる。
図３全説明する。これは連結溝４の好ましい断面形状を
示すもので、この場合長方形の断面である。連結溝４に
沿って水が流れるの？助けるために、連結溝４の底６が
図４に示す様に、排水溝に向って傾斜していてもよい。
勿論、色々の断面形状の連結溝上膜けることが出来るし
、図５には半円形の溝を示し次。
図６は股上つけた側壁のある一体の態様の隔離パネルで
ある。
この態様は基本的には２枚のパネル状物体を重ね合わせ
てそれ；□、・１　　　ぞ１横′ずらした形没持′″″
″″６・そ０結果・隣接バネ“０相互組合わせに便利な
ばかりでなく、異物、例えば埋めもどしの際の小さな物
体、が２枚のパネルの間に入るの會防いでいる。
場合によっては、排水溝１が設けであるパネル面？ウェ
ブ状材１１で覆って、水の流れを塞ぐ可能性のある異物
が排水溝１に侵入するの奮防ぐ。この被覆ウェブ１１は
水を透過させるものならばどんな物質でも良い。図６及
び図７では、この被覆ウェブ又は多孔性シートがパネル
の二つの隣接側面７，９から突き出ており、２個の隣接
したパネルの被覆ウェブが互いに重なり合う。この態様
の長所は上下及び左右に隣接したパネルの不完全な配列
でも異物の侵入に対して不利な影響七蒙らないことであ
る。被覆ウェブの一方と他方とが重なり合うデザイン音
用いれば、パネルを設置している時に鋭くとがった物体
ケ用いて隣接するパネル七少くとも一時的に固定するこ
とも可能にする。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、パネルの第一の端から反対側の第二の端まで伸びパ
    ネルのこれら両端で開口している複数本の開放排水溝（
    １）を有するパネルであって、パネルの側面（２、３）
    に位置し、上記第一及び第二の端に沿って伸び、各排水
    溝（１）とつながっておりそしてそれに対して垂直に伸
    びている連結溝（４）を有することを特徴とする地下外
    壁の断熱及び排水用隔離パネル。 ２、各連結溝（４）が排水溝（１）よりもパネルの厚さ
    方向に後退しており、側壁に各排水溝（１）への通路を
    形成する複数個の開口（５）を有することを特徴とする
    特許請求の範囲第１項記載の隔離パネル。 ３、少くとも１本の連結溝（４）はほぼ直線で囲まれた
    断面形状を有することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１
    項記載の隔離パネル。 ４、少くとも１本の連結溝（４）は排水溝（１）方向に
    傾斜した底を有することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
    １項記載の隔離パネル。 ５、一体構造体であって、かつパネルの各側面が隣接パ
    ネルと部分的に重なりお互いをガイドするための階段状
    部分を有するように相互に重なり合い相互に対角線方向
    にずれている２枚の板状物（７、８）の形状を有するこ
    とを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項記載の隔離パネル
    。 ６、排水溝（１）を覆うように排水溝（１）を持つパネ
    ル面をウェブ状材（１１）で覆っていることを特徴とす
    る特許請求の範囲第１項記載の隔離パネル。 ７、ウェブ状被覆材（１１）が箔で形成されている特許
    請求の範囲第６項記載の隔離パネル。 ８、ウェブ状被覆材（１１）が水を透過させる物質のウ
    ェブで形成されている特許請求の範囲第６項記載の隔離
    パネル。 ９、隣接する隔離パネルの被覆ウェブ（１１）と重なる
    ようにウェブ状被覆材（１１）がパネルの隣接２側面（
    ３、９）から突出している特許請求の範囲第６項記載の
    隔離パネル。
