Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）−導電型の半導体基体に他の導電型のエミッタ領
    域およびコレクタ領域が対向するごとく形成されており
    、前記エミッタ領域の前記コレクタ領域に対向する側面
    に接する前記半導体基体の不純物濃度は他の領域の前記
    半導体基体の不純物濃度より低いことを特徴とする半導
    体素子。
  2. （２）　　前記エミッタ領域の前記コレクタ領域に対向
    する側面に接する前記半導体基体には前記−導電型が変
    わらない程度に前記他の導電型の不純物を有しているこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半
    導体素子。
