  1. アルミニウムを配線金属として用いた半導体集積回路チ
    ップを基板へフェイスダウンボンディングして成る半導
    体集積回路において、アルミニウムポンディングパッド
    上に、クロム及び金の２層゛　金層を有し、該２層金属
    層は導電接着剤を介し金属層を有し、該２層金属層は導
    電接着剤を介して基板上のリード線部と接続されてフェ
    イスダウンポンディグ構造を有した半導体集積回路。
