  1. ウェハキャリアに収納した半導体ウェハをエツチングす
    るための半導体ウェハのエツチング槽において、前記半
    導体ウェハが前記ウェハキャリア底部間隙をとうして接
    触する回転ローラを前記エツチング槽内に設けたことを
    特徴とする半導体ウェハのエツチング槽。
