Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は調理器に関し、更に詳しくは調理中に生ずる
煮汁の掃除が容易に出来る調理器に関する。
従来よりこの種の問題を解決すべく汁受皿に耐薬品性、
非粘着性にすぐれた合成樹脂皮膜を形成したものが提案
されているが、合成樹脂皮膜の為熱には弱く耐久性に劣
るという欠点があった。
そこでこの考案は上記欠点のない調理器を提供するもの
で以下図面を参照しながら詳しく説明する。
２は本案の調理器１の汁受皿でその開口３を通じてバー
ナ６が上方に臨んでいる。
この汁受皿２の少なくとも汁だまり５に耐薬品性、非粘
着性にすぐれた脅威樹脂皮膜４、例えばテフロン（テユ
ポン社登録商標）、が形成されている。
７は前記汁受皿２の上方に設けられた遮熱板で、傾斜し
て設置されている。
８は五徳である。本案の調理器は上記の様になっていて
調理中に煮こぼれが生ずると煮汁は汁受皿２の上方の遮
熱板７に滴下するが、該遮熱板７は傾斜していて煮汁は
溜まる事なく下の汁受皿２に落下しその汁だまり５にて
溜まる。
一方バーナ６よりの熱は遮熱板７にて遮ぎられ汁受皿２
に及ぶ事なく汁受皿２の合成樹脂皮膜４は熱から保護さ
れる。
次に掃除に際しては遮熱板７は傾斜していて煮汁は落下
する為それ程の汚れはなく容易に掃除出来る。
又汁受皿２の汁だまり５には煮汁が比較的長時間溜まる
がそこには合成樹脂皮膜４が形成しであるからこれも容
易に掃除出来る。
この様に本考案によるときは汁受皿の少なくとも汁だま
りに合成樹脂皮膜を形成すると共に、その汁受皿の上方
に遮熱板を傾斜して設けたから、汁受皿の煮汁は容易に
掃除出来、更にその上方の遮熱板で合成樹脂皮膜を保護
する効果を有する。
尚、汁受皿２は調理器１の上面全体にわたる構成として
の汁受皿であっても勿論良い。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 汁受皿の汁だまりを周囲に有する開口を通じてバーナが
    上方に臨む調理器に於て、該汁受皿の少なくとも汁だま
    りに耐薬品性、非粘着性にすぐれた合成樹脂皮膜を形成
    すると共に、該汁受皿の上方に遮熱板を傾斜して設けた
    事を特徴とする調理器。
