Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は稲わら、籾殻等の農産物残漬物、ビール粕等の
食品加工物残漬物を原料とし、特に牛用飼料として好適
な飼料および、その製造法に関するものである。
大型反梶動物としての牛の飼料として最も望ましいこと
は、牛の第1胃内における飼料の消化性、即ち混合、攪
拌、醗酵を一層促進させるような性能を有することであ
る。
従来、牛の飼料として、所謂、粗飼料と濃厚飼料とがあ
る。
粗飼料としての牧草等は一般にセルローズを多く含み可
溶性、消化性に欠け、しかも栄養価が低いので蛋白質飼
料を加える等して給飼した。
主な蛋白質飼料とされる、とうもろこし、こうりやん等
の穀類は高蛋白ではあるが高価である。
また粗飼料として用いられる牧草の確保は近年、一段と
困難となり、牧草等粗飼料の給与聞は低下した。
さらに、とうもろこし、大麦、燕麦等の穀実類、米糠、
大豆粕等の糟糠類からなる濃厚飼料の多給は、廉々、牛
の胃内の反搗機能を阻害し、異常醗酵を起す等して牛の
健康を害することがあり、入手容易ではあるが濃厚飼料
は種々な弊害をもたらした。
さらにまた、石灰わらやわらサイレージの物理的、およ
び化学的に処理して牛の胃内における消化時間(ラッグ
フェイス)を短縮Jるように1°る手段があるが、加工
および処理に多大の労力と手数を要し経費が嵩み、かつ
余り飼料価値を向上せしめない等の理由で実際上採用し
難い。
その他、前記植物性有機物を細断し、糖蜜を添加し、圧
縮してベレット状としたものが飼料とされるが、かかる
飼料は飽くまでも粗飼料に過ぎず、給与の際には濃厚飼
料を別に与えなければならない。
本発明者は、農産物の残漬物としての植物性有機物の中
で粗剛な籾殻等の粗繊維の割に、珪酸、リグニンを多く
含み牛が消化し難く、これら旧Lリグニンの排除処理が
困難であり、飼料価値が低いとして粗飼料として活用さ
れなかった点に検討を加え、粗繊維を多く含むこれら農
産物残漬物、食品加工物残漬物としての植物性有機物を
原料とし、この原料に栄養物と醗酵促進菌とを添加し嫌
気性醗酵させることにより消化性と嗜好性を向上させる
ことができる飼料を発明し、植物性有機物の粗mmによ
る胃内の醗酵機能の正常と、添加物による栄養分とを与
えることができ、特に牛用飼料として好適な飼料を提供
するものであり、本発明の第1の発明は農産物残漬物、
食品加工物残漬物からなる植物性有機物を破砕した原料
と、添加栄養物と、醗酵促進菌との混合物を嫌気性醗酵
させてなることを特徴とする飼料であり、第2の発明は
農産物残漬物、食品加工物残漬物からなる植物性有機物
を破砕した原料と、添加栄養物と、醗酵促進菌との混合
物を嫌気性醗酵させ、さらに固形粒状化してなることを
特徴とする飼料であり、第3の発明は農産物残漬物、食
品加工物残漬物からなる植物性有機物を破砕して原料と
し、この原料に栄養物と醗酵促進菌とを混合し嫌気性醗
酵させるようにしたことを特徴とする飼料の製造法を提
供するものである。
次に、図面を参照して本発明の詳細な説明する。
脱穀され、長さ6IllIllPi!度に細断された稲
わらと、2乃至4個に細切された籾殻を混合破砕機1に
装入し、破砕し解繊して親水化して原料とし、この原料
70重量%に、米糠を24重量%と、醗酵促進菌として
のラクトバシルス ブルガリカス(L actobac
illus bulgaricus)ばか2種を1重量
%添加Jるとともに5重量%の糖蜜溶解水を供給装置2
から混合破砕機1に入れて総混合物の含水率を55%と
するようにし気密サイロ3にブロワ−4を介して詰込む
気密サイロ3内で約165ケ月間嫌気性醗酵させ、ヘイ
レージ調整加工に準じた処理を行って飼料とする。
このようにヘイレージ化された飼料を気密サイロ3から
取出機5を介して取出し、コンベヤ6によって貯蔵槽7
に装入し、この貯蔵槽7に連設した調整送給機8を経て
、造粒IgI19に送給しベレット状に造粒させたのち
、クーラー10を経て、貯蔵槽11に入れ、この貯蔵槽
11に連設した計量包装機12を介して計量包装し、出
荷する。
なお、気密サイロ3から造粒機9の間において前記飼料
に、尿素、吹酸カルシウム、第2燐酸カルシウム等の無
機物を混合する。
本例は本発明飼料をベレット状にしたが、これに代えて
ウェハー状、キューブ状としてもよいことは勿論である
本発明に係る前記飼料は取出1jl15から取出したも
のを直接給与するか、ペレット状等粒状化したものを給
与する。畜生に給与する際は、乾物換算で体重の100
分の3程度の自由探度を行わせればよく、通常の飼養管
理に準ずればよい。
本発明飼料は牛の胃内において、棲息する無数の微生物
の植生想と生理的反応を起し、有機酸、アミノ酸、菌体
蛋白などを生成させ、牛の所要養分を牛の胃自身によっ
て生産させ、吸収させることができる。
このようにして、従来給与された高価な濃厚飼料を給与
しなくてもよく、あるいは掻く少量程度補給すれば足り
ることとなる。
換言すれば、本発明は飼料として未利用または低利用さ
れるに過ぎない農産物残漬物、食品加工物残漬物の植物
性有機物を原料とし消化性大にして嗜好性を有する飼料
となし得、恰も粗飼料と濃厚飼料とを一体化しA−ルイ
ンワンとしたものである。
なお、搾乳最盛期、肥育仕上げ期等においては、通常の
濃厚飼料を増飼させ、泌乳量30K(1/日以上、また
は増俸ff11.2KO/日以上とする飼養目的を達成
させる。
前記農産物残漬物からなる植物性有機物としては、稲わ
ら、籾殻等があり、食品加工物残漬物からなる植物性有
機物としてはど一ル粕等があり、前記栄養物としては澱
粉質物、糖蜜、非蛋白質窒素、ミネラル、糟糠類があり
、前記醗酵促進菌としてはラクトバチルス ブルガリカ
ス(L actobacillus bulgaric

1重量%以内とする。

本発明は、飼料として比較的未利用である稲わら、籾殻
等の農産物残漬物、ビール粕等の食品加工物残漬物から
なる植物性有機物を活用し、牛の飼養に最も大切な消化
性と嗜好性とを有する飼料を提供するから、高価な蛋白
濃厚飼料を節減させることができる。
また、固形化することにより醗酵、発黴、吸湿等による
品質の悪化を防止し骨、管理を容易とし、しかも給飼は
一般飼養に準じた自由探度で良く、労働負担を軽減させ
ることができる等幾多の効果を発揮する。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 (I) m産物残漬物、食品加工物残漬物からなる植物
    性有機物を破砕した原料と、添加栄養物と、醗酵促進筒
    との混合物を嫌気性醗酵させてなることを特徴とする飼
    料。 (II) ?!産物残漬物、食品加工物残漬物からなる
    植物性有機物を破砕した原料と、添加栄養物と、WiI
    醇促進菌との混合物を嫌気性醗酵させ、さらに固形粒状
    化してなることを特徴とする飼料。 (lit ) 前記植物性有機物を65〜75重量%、
    栄養物を20〜b 1.0重量%とした特許請求の範囲第1項記載の飼料。 (IV ) 前記植物性有機物を65〜75重量%、栄
    養物を20〜30重量%、#11酵促進菌を1.0重量
    %とした特許請求の範囲第2項記載の飼料。 (V) 農産物残漬物、食品加工物残漬物からなる植物
    性有機物を破砕して原料とし、この原料に栄養物と醗酵
    促進筒とを混合し嫌気性醗酵させてするようにしたこと
    を特徴とする飼料の製造法。
