Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はパネルパッド、たとえばインストルメントパネ
ルあるいはコンソールボツクス等のパネルパッド関口部
構造のおよびその製造方法に関する。
従来のパネルパッド閉口部構造としては、第1図(実開
昭50一134814号、実関昭53一60244号公
報参照)に示すように鋼板パネル11に塩化ビニルフィ
ルムなどの表皮12を覆い、鋼板パネル11の開ロ13
にはウレタンフオームの漏れを防ぐシール用の型14を
当綾し、ウレタンフオーム15をパネル11と表皮12
との間に注入発泡して硬化し、必要な大きさに切除して
関口部16を形成する。
ところが、この構造によってもウレタンフオーム15の
発泡圧によって鋼板パネル11を変形させシール用の型
14とに間隙を形成して、そこから多量にウレタンフオ
ーム15が漏れ、生産原価高騰の原因となっていた。
本発明はかかる従来例に鑑み、パネルにあらかじめ薄肉
部を設け、パッド充填後に薄肉部(溝)に内辺に沿って
切除することによって関口部を形成することを目的とす
る。
以下この発明を図面に基づいて説明する。
第2図乃至第4図はこの発明の一実施例を示す図である
まず構造を説明すると、関口周緑部4に段部5を介して
薄肉状部6が形成されたパネル1と、該パネル1の一般
面7を覆い且つ段部5に閉口8を有するパッド2と、該
パッド2を覆い且つ前記薄肉状部6でパネル1に接着さ
れた表皮3とよりなるパネルパッド関口部構造である。
尚、SWは該閉口周綾部4に設けられたスイッチ類であ
る。次に製造方法を説明する。まずパネル1の一般面7
に閉ループの礎9を形成し、該溝9の薄肉状部6に火焔
処理を施し且つパッド2を覆う表皮3の一部を前記溝9
に加圧して接着し、前記パネル1と表皮3との間にパッ
ド2を注入発泡して硬化し、前記溝9の内辺9aに沿っ
てパネルーおよび表皮3を切除して関口部10を形成す
る。
従って本発明によれば、薄肉状部6および表皮3によっ
てパネル2が漏れることは完全に防ぐことができる。
このため、パッド2が少量ですみコスト低減をはかるこ
とができる。又、プレス加工によって開口部10を切除
すれば、切断面の寸法精度が確保できるという効果を有
する。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 開口周縁部に段部を介して薄肉状部が形成された合
    成樹脂材よりなるパネルと、該パネルの一般面を覆い且
    つ段部に開口を有するパツドと、該パツドを覆い且つ前
    記薄肉状部でパネルに接着された表皮とよりなるパネル
    パツド開口部構造。 2 合成樹脂材よりなるパネルの一般面に閉ループの溝
    を形成し、該溝の薄肉状部にパツドを覆う表皮の一部を
    接着し、前記パネルと表皮との間にパツドを注入発泡し
    て硬化し、前記溝の内辺に沿つてパネルおよび表皮を切
    除して開口部を形成したことを特徴とするパネルパツド
    開口部構造の製造方法。
