  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内部空間を形成した本体と、前記内部空間に移動自在に
    挿入され前方に低圧室後方に高圧室を区、該可動壁の後
    方側に前記本体を 摺動自在に貫通して外部に突出する筒部と、該筒部およ
    び前記可動壁を貫通しそ設けた弁孔と一該、　　　弁孔
    に後方から嵌合した入力部材と、該入力部材の前方端に
    取り付けたプランジャと、該プランジ”　　　ヤの後方
    端に設けた第１弁座々、前記弁孔の内壁に設けた第２弁
    座と、前記両弁座に対向して前記弁匹内に配設した弁部
    材と、前記弁孔に前方側から嵌合した出力部材と、該出
    力部材と前記プランジャとの間に配置され前端側か出力
    部材に後端側−、が前記可動壁およびプランジャに各々
    当接可能な力伝達部材とを備え、前記可動体に対する入
    力部材の相対的前進に応じて、前記弁部材と両弁座との
    関係を、□前記低圧室と高圧室との差圧を解消、保持、
    発生する位置に順次変化させ、外部圧力源からの圧力を
    供給、排出するようにした気圧式倍力装置において、前
    記可動壁を移動自在に貫通し１−　　　で非叩動時に後
    方端が曹記本体に当接可能な軸部材と、該軸部材の前方
    端に設けられ前記弁孔の前方端側に移動自在に嵌合する
    筒状の作動部材とを−設け、該作動部材は、前記出力部
    材が嵌合するとともに前記力伝達部材を収容する主体部
    と、この主体部の後方端に設けられ前記プランジャと保
    合可能な突部とを有し、前記軸部材の前記可動体に、対
    する所定以上の相対的前進に応じて前記プラン′−ジャ
    を前進させるようにした気圧式倍力装置。
