Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部空間を有する本体と、前記内部空間に移動可能に挿
    入して一方側に低圧室、他方側に高圧室を区画する可動
    体と、該可動体の他方側に設けられケーシングを貫通し
    て外部に延びるハブ部と、該ハブ部の内孔に他方側から
    かん合する入力部材と、前記可動体の一方側から前記本
    体を貫通して外部に延びる出力部材と、前記入力部材に
    関連して設けられ、前記入力部材からの入力に応じて前
    記低圧室及び高圧室に可動体を一方側に付勢する差圧を
    発生するべく制御する弁装置とを備え、前記弁装置は、
    前記入力部材の端部に取り付けられる弁プランジヤーと
    、この弁プランジヤーの他方側に形成した弁座に向かっ
    て着座するべく付勢される弁部材とを有している気圧式
    倍力装置において、前記弁部材に前記弁座に対向する凹
    所を設けてなる気圧式倍力装置。
