Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は一群に集積された製品のバッチを包装してシー
ルされたパケットを形成させる包装方法に関し、さらに
詳細には、キャンデーや錠剤等のパケットの形成のため
に製菓業や製菓業等で使用されるのに適した包装方法に
関する。
従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする問題点市場で普
通に見られる特に平坦にされた平行六面体形体のパケッ
トに収められたパケット製品は包装すべきバッチの軸線
に直角な平面に対して長い方の辺が立つようにして次々
に配列されるのが普通である。このようにして形成され
たパケットは少くとも一つの低減されft横方向の寸法
を有していて通常の溶着グリッパ−の使用を許用するも
−のである。この場合に、浴着グリッパ−はバッチを取
囲むチーープの突出端部を掴むことによってバッチの端
部に接触さぜつつシールし、このときに仮折りや形成さ
れたパケ・ントに空気を進入せしめるようなその他の欠
点を生じないようにして行われる。
上述したような包装は同様に市場でふんだんに見られる
他のタイプのパケットの場合には適用されない。即ち、
製品が横向きに次々に配置され、断面形状で見るとほぼ
矩形又は正方形を示す、ようにな)バクトでしっかりと
影付されたバッチを得るように配置されたタイプのパケ
ットの場合である。このタイプのパケットでは、両端部
はシールされることなく単に折られているのが普通であ
る。
このタイプのパケットに包装される製品がシールを必要
とするものである場合には、製品を取σ(1んだチュー
ブの両端部をその中に包装されるべきバッチの端部から
かなり長く突出させてシールされる。というのは、この
シール用各端部の横方向寸法がかなシ大きいのでシール
用各端部の対向片部を仮折シすることなく相互に近接さ
せることが離しいからである。しかしながら、このよう
にして作られたシールされたパケットは、見栄えが悪い
という点で受入れ難いものであり、積値するのが難しく
、且つ包装された製品を相互に正確接融させて維持する
のが難しいために両端部近くで破損され易くなる。本発
明は上記問題点を解決するためになされたものでありて
、横方向に並べられた製品をシールされた)(ケラトの
形体に包装する方法を提供するものである。

チを包装してシールされた)(ケラトを形成させる包装

ューブ形体のシートの両端部の各々を変形させて平坦な
形状を与えるように設計された分離用フ゛レードヲ該両
端部の各々に挿入し、該平坦にされた端部5の各台金溶
着グリッツ(−によシシールし、該シールされた両端部
の各々を前記)(ツチの対応端部に対接するように折る
、作動手順からなるO 本発明のその他の特徴や利点は限定しない例としての実
施例を示す図面を参照した次の説明力1らさらに明らか
にされようO 実施例 第1図には図示省略の包装機械でキャンデー等の製品2
のバッチ1を包装するための包装ラインが示されている
。各製品2は平坦な平行六面体)形状をしておシ、次々
に横方向に並べらtしたものである。
包装ラインの始めには、前述の配置のノくツテlが第1
の包装ステーション3へ供給さt′1.、この領域にお
いて、図示省略の供給手段がヒートシールに適した材料
からなるシート4な:ノ(・ンテ1の上方に置くように
なっているO 続いて、バッチlは図示しない押込み手段によシアート
4とともに折り用型5内ケ押込すれ、これによってシー
ト4はバッチlの外周側面に治ってU字状に横方向に折
られることにな2)。このノくッチlはシート4ととも
に第2図に示さj′シるように包装機械の輪体7の外周
にその軸線と平イテに1杉成された移送用ポケット6内
に挿入される。
第2図に示されるように、横方向−U字状にviられた
シート4の両611 @部8は71ζケツト675・ら
半径方向外方に突出し、これらの両側縁部8は溶着用グ
リッパ−9によシ相互に重なるように掴まれる。グリッ
パ−9はヒートシール部材1o及びこれを受ける対応部
材11の二つの顎にょシ形成されたものである。グリッ
パ−9はシート4のチューブ12を完成させ、チーープ
12の側部には両6部8が相互に一体固着されてなるヒ
ートシールリプ13が備えられ、且つチューブ12の両
端部14はバッチ1及び対応するポケット6の両端に対
して外方に突出される。
輪体7が第2図の状態から第3図及び第4図の状態まで
90度回転されると、バッチl及び対応するポケット6
は第2の包装ステーション15に送られることになり、
この第2の領域においては、チューブ12の各端s14
内に分離用ブレード16が挿入される。このブレード1
6は自由端部に向けてテーパーが付けられていて、これ
が輪体7の外周にほぼ接線状にチューブ端$14内に挿
入されると、各チューブ端部14を押し広げつつ漸進的
に平坦にし、この端部14にわずかな塑性変形伸びを与
えて前記平坦化全永久的なものにするようになっている
この後で、ブレード16がチューブ四部】4がら引抜か
れると、チューブ四部14は第2の包装ステーション1
5に相当する部位で第5図に示されるように溶着予成形
グリ・シバ−17を使用してシールされることになる。
各グリッパ−17は二個のシール部材18.19t−具
備し、これらは相互に噛み合うヒートシール表面を備え
ていてそれぞれに中央の平坦部分20及びその両側部分
21゜22を有し、両側部分21.22は中央部分2゜
に対して対向する方向に傾斜して中央部分2oとは分割
線23により分離されるようになっている。
グリッパ−17の作動に続いて、各チューブ端部14は
浴着されて11ぼ平坦なリプ形状を示し、このリプ形状
では、グリッパ−17の中央部分20に対応する中央部
分24と011j部21,22に対応する1I111部
フラッグM15分25とが分割線23に対応する二個の
弱め線26によって分離されて形成される。
輪体7をさらに90度回転させると、バッチl及び対応
するチューブ12が第3の包装ステーション27に送ら
れ、そこでは、輸体7に対して半径方向に可動の第1の
折り部材28が各端部14の中央部分24を外方にバッ
チ1の対応端部に当接させて折ることになる。
弱め線26があるために、中央部分24を第6図及び第
7図に示されるように外方に折ると、第8図に示される
ように、側部フラップ25はポケット6の外側で輪体7
に対し゛C軸線方向に折らせることになる。
第8図及び第9図に示されるように、輪体7の運動方向
で上流側にある側部フラップ25は輪体7の軸線に対し
て直角な平向1内を可動な押し部拐29によって中央部
分24及びバッチ1の端部に向かって折られ、一方、固
定部材3oに係合する他方のフラップ25は第9図に示
されるように中央部分24に押付けて折られる。同定部
材30とフラップ25との係合はバッチ1及び対応のチ
ューブ12を取出すためのステーション32へ運フ九め
に輪体7がさらに90度回転されるときに起ってこれで
折りが完了してパケ・ソ) 31 ’Fc形成し、取出
しステーション32において、パケット31が対応する
ポケット6から図示しない押し手段を使用して半径方向
に取出される。

第1図は本発明による菓子包装機械の包装ラインを示す
略示斜視図、第2図から第9図はシールされたパケット
を形成するために菓子類のn装のための作動を本発明に
よる包装方法の手順に従って説明するための略示斜視図
である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1、一群に集積された製品のバッチを包装してシールさ
    れたパケットを形成させる包装方法であって、ヒートシ
    ール材料のシートを前記バッチの回りにU字状に折シ、
    該U字状に折られたシートの両側縁部を相互に溶着して
    側部に軸方向に延びるシールリプを形成するとともに前
    記シートに両端部が前記バッチから軸方向に突出したチ
    ーーブ形体を与え、該チーーブ形体のシートの両端部の
    各々を変形させて平坦な形状を与えるように設計された
    分離用ブレードを該両端部あ各々に挿入し、該平坦にさ
    れた端部の各々を溶着グリッツ(−によシシールし、該
    シールされた両端部の各々を前記バッチの対応端部に対
    接するように折る、作動手順からなる包装方法。 2、前記分離用ブレードの各々はその自由端に向かって
    テーパーを有する形状のものであって前記チ五−プ形シ
    ートの対応喘部に進入してチューブ端部を平坦にし且つ
    漸進的な横方向の塑性伸びを与えることができるように
    されたものであることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1
    項記載の包装方法。 3、前記溶着グリッパ−は相互に向かって動くことので
    きる二個のヒートシール部拐からなり、該二個のヒート
    シール部材は対向して噛み合うヒートシール表面を備え
    、該ヒートシール表面の各各は中央部分に対して対向方
    向に傾斜して対応する分割線によって中央部分から分離
    された二つの倶「部を有し、該側部は対応する平坦にさ
    れたチ−ブ端部に予折りを与えるように設計され、前記
    分割線は前記チューブ端部上に対応する弱め線を形成す
    るように設計されていることを特徴とする特許請求の範
    囲第1項又は第2項記載の包装方法。
