Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリコーンゲートＣ−ＭＯ８は対してその入力側に順方
    向及び逆方向のダイオードを有する保護回路を同一チッ
    プ内に構成する半導体装置であって、前記Ｃ−ＭＯ３を
    構成するＰチャンネルＭＯ５−ＦＥＴ及びＮチャンネル
    ＭＯ５−ＥＦＴのそれぞれのソース及びドレインをＳｉ
    基板上面の５ｉ０２膜の下に形成し、前記保護回路のダ
    イオードは多結晶シリコンにＰ形とＮ形の拡散若しくは
    イオン注入してＰＮ接合し、これを前記ＳｉＯ３膜の上
    に配置したことを特徴とすを半導体装置。
