    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. Ｎ型シリコン基板に低濃度のＰ型拡散層を形成し、該Ｐ
    型層内のソース及びドレインとなる部分に低濃度Ｎ型層
    を形成し、該Ｎ型層の電極接続部分に高濃度Ｎ型層を形
    成して、Ｎチャンネルトランジスタを形成するＣＭＯ５
    集積回路において、該Ｎ型基板上に前記低濃度Ｎ型層の
    領域を形成し更に該領域を全域覆うようにＰチャンネル
    トランジスタのソースあるいはドレインと同一の高濃度
    Ｐ型層を形成することを特徴とするＣＭＯ３集積回路。
