    積回路において、同一半導体基板上にＮゲートサイリス
    タを設け、該Ｎゲートサイリスタのアノード、ゲート及
    びカソードがそれぞれ集積回路の入力端子または出力端
    子、電源電圧供給端子及び接地端子に接続されているこ
    とを特徴とする相補形ＭＯ３集積回路。
