  1. 回路パターンが形成された絶縁基板に電子部品が載置さ
    れた回路基板において、前記回路パターンが、金から成
    る第１の回路パターンと銀パラジウム合金から成る第２
    の回路パターンとから成っており、第２の回路パターン
    が前記電子部品の半田ランドであることを特徴とする回
    路基板。
