    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. パッケージ内に素子を封入してなるリードスチップキャ
    リアにおいて、前記パッケージを基板上へ半田付けする
    際の前記基板表面に対向する前記パッケージ面の外周部
    を凸部状に形成し、前記パッケージの前記基板との半田
    付けによる半田接合部の面積を大きくしたことを特徴と
    するリードレスチツプキャリア。
