Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、たとえば、印刷回路盤（ＰＣＢ）の電気的特
性を試験する際に使用する試験ピンに係るものである。
ばね負荷された試験ピンが当業界に知られている。
米国特許第４１０５９７０号明細書にはＰＣＢ接触クラ
ウンが設けてある円筒形プランジャを有し、プランジャ
が管状ハウジング内に摺動可能に装着さればね負荷され
ている試験ピン組合わせ体が記載されている。このよう
な構造について認められた問題は時にはプランジャの下
部とハウジングとの間の接触力が不十分でＰＣＢと分析
計器とが電気的に接触しなくなるということである。本
発明者にはプランジャを偏倚させそれによりプランジャ
とハウジングとの間を接触を良くする手段を含めること
により試験ピン組合わせ体の電気的接触を良くすること
ができると判つた。
１つの好ましい具体例では、プランジャに係合するばね
の上部は試験ピンを組み立てる際にばねをプランジャに
接続する以前にある角度に傾けられ偏心される。
以下に本発明の現在のところ好ましい具体例について説
明する。
第１図には参考として本発明に組み入れた米国フ特許第
４１０５９７０号明細書に記載したものに似ている試験
ピンの上部組合わせ体の一部分１０が示してある。
管状ハウジング１２が直径を縮少した縁部１８を有して
いる差込み部材１６に摩擦係合するくぼみ１４を有して
いる。プランジャ２０がそ５の上端部のとがつたクラウ
ン２２と、大きい直径部分２４と、ばね２８により縁部
１８に圧接するよう偏倚されているテーパ付き部分２６
とを有している。ハウジング１２と、差込み部材１６と
プランジヤ２０とはすべて最初はニツケルで次いで金で
鍍金した焼入れしてあるベリリウム銅で作られている。
ばね２８は総数で３１の回旋部を有する１０００分の５
インチ直径のステンレス鋼で作られている。ばね２８は
上端部に直径を縮少しプランジヤ２０のスタツド３２に
摩擦係合する２つの回旋部３０を有している。差込み部
材１６の左側がハウジング２２の左側壁の内面に圧接せ
しめられていない点で第１図は略図であるが、実際には
、差込み部材１６の左側はハウジングの左側壁の内面に
くぼみ１４により圧接せしめられている。第１図では明
かでないが、上端の回旋部３０はばね２８の残部に対し
て４５゜片向いていて（第２図）、それによりプランジ
ヤ２０の大きい直径部分２４を差込み部材１６の右側壁
の内面に圧接させている。試験ピンの作用は当業界で良
く知られている。
本発明の試験ピンでは、試験ピンのクラウンへの回路が
不意に偶然開路するという望ましくない事態は防止され
る。接触が良くなるのはプランジヤの部分２４を差込み
部材１６に圧接させる結果によるばかりでなくまたスタ
ツド３２を通る電路によりばねの小さい直径の回旋部が
スタツド３２を把持しばねの大きい直径の回旋部が差込
み部材１６に接触していることにもよるものである。
別の具体例では、本発明のばねは１つの直線的軸線を中
心として対称的であるがスタツドの軸線はばねの軸線と
は同軸でない。

わせ体の一部分の垂直断面図、第２図は１つの好ましい

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 管状ハウジングと、差込み部材と、該差込み部材内
    を該差込み部材の長軸方向に本体部分が摺動可能に装着
    されるとともに接触端部を有するプランジャと、該プラ
    ンジャの他端にあつて前記長軸方向に交差した方向の幅
    が前記本体部分の幅より狭いスタッドと、前記差込み部
    材内にあつて該差込み部材に対して前記長軸方向に前記
    プランジャを弾定しているとともに一端部に前記スタッ
    ドを把持する回旋部を有しているばねと、を具備して成
    り、前記ばねの回旋部が前記ばねにかかる力が解除され
    ると前記プランジャを前記差込み部材の一方の側に向け
    て片寄らせるように前記ばねの長軸方向に角度をなした
    軸線を有し、それによつて前記プランジャと前記差込み
    部材との間の電気的接触を良くすることを特徴とする試
    験ピン。 ２ 特許請求の範囲第１項記載の試験ピンにおいて、前
    記ばねが前記スタッドを把持する複数の回旋部を有して
    成ること。
