Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は調理により発生する煙・湯気等を素速く吸込
み急速に屋外へ排出させる調理用排気装置に関するもの
である。
従来の排気装置は調理によシ発生する煙、湯気等はその
上部に煙、湯気を誘導するフード等を設は換気扇にて排
気するものであった。そのため煙・湯気等は自然の状態
で昇って排気されるので壁やフード、換気扇に耐着し汚
れ、見苦しく非衛生的であり、高所故にこれらの掃除に
は困難を極めて居る事実は周知の事である。
この発明はこれらの要求ケ満たすものである、図面第１
．２図に依９説明すれば換気扇１を外に向って任意の面
に取付けた空気調整箱２と、長方形断面を有するダクト
３とを接続一体化し、ダクト３下部ヘレンヂ４に向って
曲面ルーパー６が組込まれた吸込口５を設けた調理用排
気装置である。
使用時の説明を加えると、換気扇１の駆動開始で空気調
整箱２内の空気圧が下る、必然的に接続されているダク
ト３’！ｉ−通じて吸込口５より空気全強力に吸込む事
になる、その場合吸込口５に組込まれた曲面ルーパー６
の作用で吸込まれる強力な空気の流れ７はレンチ４の上
に略水平帯状の流れを形成する。
レンチ４の調理により発生した煙・湯気等８は強力な空
気の流れ７にすぐに巻込捷れ吸込口５へ吸込まれ、ダク
ト３を通じ空気調整箱２を経て、換気扇ｌに依り急速に
屋外に排出される。
此の様に調理により発生する煙・湯気等は勿論。
臭気布も室内に残さず且つ急速に屋外へ排出されるので
ある。この発明による調理用排気装置を使用する事で汚
れは吸込口５と曲面ルーパー６のみに集中される、然し
その位置は正常姿勢で手の届く場所であり、紙片　布巾
等で拭き取るだけで良く掃除は全く簡単・容易となった
、その上調理場内が清潔に広く使える効果も加った。
なお空気調整箱２を設置する実施態様は次の如し。
０）空気調整箱２を屋外側９へ設置する場合−）空気調
整箱２を室内側１０へ設置する場合

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）換気扇ｌを取付けた空気調整箱２と、下部に吸込
    口５を有する夕”クト３を接続一体とした調理用排気装
    置。
  2. （２）空気調整箱２を屋外に設置した特許請求範囲第１
    項記載の調理用排気装置。
  3. （３）空気調整箱２を室内に設置した特許請求範囲第１
    項記載の調理用排気装置。
