Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案のものは場所を取らず効率の良い清浄機
構を有する換気装置を提供するにある。
従来よりのレンジフードはレンジの上部に設置
して使用するものである。換気扇等のフアンはそ
の排気量は表示されているが、その吸引力はきわ
めて弱く通常１メートルと離れると吸引せず、離
れると離れる程対数的に吸引力は弱くなる。
これをカバーする為に従来のレンジフードは大
きなフードを使用しているが調理中に発生する油
煙等を完全に捕集出来ないものである。
それ故吸引孔は油煙等の発生源に近ければ近い
程、その吸引効率は良くなる。
又従来よりのレンジフードは吸引した油煙等を
そのまま排気するので、高層ビル等の様に集中ダ
クトを使用している所では、その排気は許可され
ない。
これに対して本考案のものは清浄機構により油
煙等を清浄化して排気するので問題はない。
又レンジの左右に設置使用するもので油煙等の
発生源に近く、従来のレンジフードのようにレン
ジ上部を占有しないので、その位置に吊戸棚等を
設置使用出来るものである。
次いで図によつてその作用と効果とを説明す
る。
本体は左設置用１３と右設置用１が有り、引出
し式フード３は使用時に引出すことで電源スイツ
チ１２が入り、クロスフローフアン１０が作動す
る。
終了後フード３を元に戻せば電源スイツチ１２
がOFFとなり電源は切れる。
レンジ１４にて調理用具１５により調理中に発
生する油煙等は、吸引孔２よりクロスフローフア
ン１０により強力に吸引される。この場合フード
３は効率良く吸引するのに役立つものである。
吸引された油煙等は清浄機構９により清浄化さ
れ、７より厨房内の暖房用に又は８よりそのまま
ダクトにて外部に排気される。
清浄機構９は取出し部６より手軽に取出すこと
が出来、その清掃、交換が可能である。
４の取手はフード３を引出す時に使用する。
使用後フード３を元に戻せばフード３は吸気孔
２のカバーとなる。
このようにレンジ１４の左右に設置使用するの
で場所を取らず、油煙等の捕集効率も良いもので
ある。

図は本考案の実施例を示すもので、第１図は右
設置用の外観図、第２図はその断面図、第３図は
左右に設置し使用中を示す外観図である。１は右
用本体、２は吸引孔、３はフード、４はフード引
出し用取手、５は作動ランプ、６は清浄機構取出
し部、７は厨房暖房用温風取出し口、８はダクト
えの排気取出し口、９は清浄機構、１０はクロス
フローフアン、１１は排気部、１２は電源スイツ
チ、１３は左設置用本体、１４はレンジ、１５は
調理用具。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. レンジ１４の左設置用１３と右設置用１とがあ
    り、引出すことで電源スイツチ１２が入り、元に
    戻すことで電源スイツチ１２が切れると共に吸引
    孔２のカバーとなるフード３を有する、清浄機構
    ９とクロスフローフアン１０からなる清浄換気装
    置において、その上部吸引孔２より調理中に発生
    する油煙等を吸引しこれを清浄せる温風を、厨房
    内の暖房又は排気ダクトにより外部に排気するよ
    うになしたる、レンジ用清浄換気装置。
