    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定導電型の単一のシリコン半導体基板上にＰＮ接合分
    離により形成された磁気センサとしてのホール素子部と
    、このホール素子部により発生されたホール電圧を入力
    としてこの電圧を信号処理する信号処理回路部とを一体
    に集積化してなることを特徴とする集積回路装置。
