、基準発振器の出力を分周する分周器と、分周器からの
分周出力を受け２相のレゾルバ励磁信号を出力する２相
発振器と、レゾルバ検出巻線からの位相変調信号を矩形
波に変換する波形変換器と、上記分周器のカウンタ値の
反転出力を波形変換回路の矩形波出力の立上りでラッチ
し回転角として出力するラッチ回路、を備えたことを特
