Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は油圧アクチュエータにより駆動される負荷を位
置決めするに適したバックラッシュ除去回路装置に関す
る。
従来、溶iIIを収容した鍋からその下方のタンディツ
シュカーに該溶鋼を移すことが行なわれているが、この
場合第1図示のように鍋aの下方に設けられたパルプb
を油圧シリンダCに連結して自動的に開閉することが考
えられる。而して該シリンダ0はタンディツシュd内の
溶鋼00輻射熱により損傷を受は易くなる危険が予想さ
れるので第2図示のようにタンディツシュdから離れた
鍋aの側方にリンクfを介して取付けることが望ましい
が、かかる構成とするとリンクfの介在による比較的大
きなバックラッシュが発生してパルプbの位置決めが困
難になり、また該パルプbの位置検出装置を取付けるこ
とも構成上難しいのでパルプbの正確な開閉を行なえな
い不都合を新たに生ずることが考えられる。
本発明はこうしたパルプ等の負荷を特別の位置検出装置
を設けることなくバックラッシュを排除して油圧アクチ
ュエータで作動出来るようにした回路装置を提供するこ
とを目的としたもので、負荷を正逆方向に作動させるア
クチュエータの油圧駆動回路に、負荷作動のための作動
圧力を設定するリリーフ弁を設けると共に該負荷を作動
する最小の圧力以下で且つ該アクチュエータを駆動し得
る圧力を設定する減圧弁を設け、さらに開閉弁を備えた
該減圧弁を迂回するバイパス流路を設けたことを特徴と
する。
本発明の実施例は第6図示の如くであり、これに於てi
llはパルプその他の負荷、(2)は該負荷tllヲf
fi動する油圧シリンダその他のアクチュエータ、+3
1fl該負荷tl+とアクチュエータ(2)との連結部
を示し、該連結部(3)にはバックラッシュとなる隙間
(3a)が存在するものとする。また(4)は油圧源、
(5)は該アクチュエータ(2)を駆動する油圧駆動回
路を示し、該回路(5)のアクチュエータ(2)側寄り
に切換弁+63 ’if−設けると共にその前方に逆止
弁(7)、減圧弁(8)及びリリーフ弁(9)を順次設
け、該IJ IJ−7升(9)に負荷(1)の作動のた
めの最大圧力を設定し、該減圧弁(8]には該負荷(1
)は作動されないがアクチュエータ(2)を作動するに
足る圧力を設定するようにした。αIは該減圧弁(8)
を迂回するバイパス流路で、該流路QQIに開閉弁Uυ
と流量制御弁α4を介在させ、該開閉弁(1υはそのソ
レノイド(11a)を切換弁(6)のソレノイド(6a
)(6b)と連係的に作動させるととKより適時開弁さ
れるようにした。
その作動を説明するに、各ソレノイド(6a)C6b)
(1j a)が消磁状態にあると切換弁(6)及び開閉
弁(11)はrA鎖状M4VC存してアクチュエータ(
2)は作動しないが、ソレノイド(6a)が励磁される
と?r# FE源(41の圧力流体は減圧弁(8)を介
してアクチュエータ(2)に流入する。而して該減圧弁
(8)は油圧源(4)の圧力流体を負荷(IIを作動出
来ないがアクチュエータil+を作動出来る程度の低い
圧力に減圧するので、アクチュエータ(2)は負荷(1
)を押圧すべく前進作動するも該負荷(1)を移動させ
るに至らず、負荷+11とアクチュエータ(2)は連結
5(3)に於ける間@ (3a)のない密接状態となる
。該ソレノイド(6a)を励磁したままソレノイド(1
1a)をさらに励磁すると油圧源(4)の圧力流体は開
閉弁αυを介してアクチュエータ(2)に流入し、減圧
弁(8」によシ圧力制御されず、リリーフ弁(9)によ
り制御されるので該アクチュエータ(2)は負荷(1)
を抑圧移動するが、この場合バックラッシュは既に排除
済みであるのでソレノイド(11a)の励磁と同時に負
荷(1)は作動される。従って該ソレノイド(11a)
の励磁時間を制御すればアクチュエータ(2)によル作
動される負荷11)の移動位置を正確に制御することが
出来る。
該負荷(11を逆作動する場合はソレノイド(6b)励
磁して先ずアクチュエータ(2)に負荷+IJを移動し
ない程度に減圧弁(8)で逆作動させておき、次で開閉
弁Qllを開けることにより前記の゛場合と同様にバッ
クラッシュのない正確な負N (IIの移動を行なえる
このように本発明によるときは負荷を移動しなψ程度の
低い圧力でアクチュエータを作動させたのち該減圧弁と
並列の開閉弁を開いて負荷作動圧力によシアクチュエー
タを作動することカ出来るので負荷とアクチュエータと
の連結部に介在するバックラッシュを除去し得、該開閉
弁の開弁時間を制御するだけで負荷の移動を正確に制御
出来、例えば溶鋼の鍋のパルプのように高熱で位置検出
装置の取付けの困難な場所に於ける位wt制御に特に有
効である等の効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 負荷を正逆方向に作動させるアクチュエータの油圧駆動
    回路に、負荷作動のため作動圧力を設定するリリーフ弁
    を設けると共に該負荷を作動する最小の圧力以下で且つ
    該アクチュエータを駆動し得る圧力を設定する減圧弁を
    設け、さらに開閉弁を備えた該減圧弁を迂回するバイパ
    ス流路を設けたことを特徴とするバックラッシュ除去回
    路装置。
