Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 発明の技術分野 本発明は、フェーズドロックルー1(以)’PLLと略
す)を用いた周波1変8116に関し、フェーズドロッ
クルーフ内の電圧制御発掘器の構成を簡略できるように
したものである。
従来技術及びそのrgJ題点 従来からPLLを用いた周波数変調器が用いられている
かその構成は第1図の様に構成されている。すなわち基
準信号と電圧制御発振器出力を分周した出力を位相検出
器PDに入力する。位相検出器PDからは内入力の位相
差に応じた信号を出ル 力し、如1−プフィルタLFLを介して電圧制御発振器
VCOの端子T1に入力する。電圧制紳発振6vcoの
端子T!には変調信号が入力し、端子TI+T!に入力
した信号により可変容量ダイオードVDIとVDtの容
量を制御して電圧制御発掘器VCOの発振周波数を制御
する。ここで可変谷蓋ダイオードMDIはPLLを構成
するためのものであり、可変容量ダイオード■込は外部
変調のためのものである0この様に従来においては、P
LL用の可変容短ダイオードと外部変調用の?i]笈容
髪ダイオードを別々に設けているため、周波数変調器が
高価になっていた。
発明の目的及び構成 本発明は、この様な欠点を除去し、単一の可変容量ダイ
オードを用いて周波数変調を行なう周波り変調器を提供
することを目的とし、この様な目的は、本発明によれ一
:、位相比較器、ループフィルタ、電圧制御発振器、分
局器を有し、該位相比較器から、基準4m号と該電圧制
御発振器出力を該分局器により分周した信号の位相差に
応じた信号を出力し、該出力を該ループフィルタを介し
て該電圧制御発振器に入力するとともに該ルーズフィル
タ出力に笈シ、ジ信号をル貿する様にしたことを特徴と
する周披数変眺器によって達成される。
発明の実施例 以下本発明を実施例に基づいて説明する。第2図は、本
発明の実施例を示す図で、図中T3は端子、C8はコン
テンプ、R1は抵抗であり、第1図と同一部材には同−
杓号を付与している。
本発明においては、変調信号ii、端子T8から入力さ
れ、コンテンサCI抵’btR+よシなる補正回路を介
し、ルーフ−フィルタLFLの血流主力と1畳され、端
子T1から電圧制御発振器vCOに入力する。
ここで補正回路は、第3図の曲&2に示す如き特性を持
ち、一方ループフィルタLFLは組3図の曲線lに示す
様な喘性を持っている。
従って、電圧制御発振6VCOに入力する信号は所足の
帯域内で平担な特性を持つ様になる。従って、変調信号
周波数対周波数偏移特性が平担となる。
発明の効果 以上の如く、本発明によれ幻、ルーズフィルタ出力と変
軸信号とを重畳して電圧制御発振器に入力するので、市
価な可変容量ダイオードを削減することができる。又−
穀に電圧制御発振器は、外乱、酬展性を考慮し、強個な
ケースに収容され、入出力端子とにハーメチック端子等
が用いられるが、本発明によれは、制御入力が1つ秋る
ので端子数が減少し、その分製作が容易となる0

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 位相比較器、ローパスフィルタ、電圧制御発掘器、分局
    器を崩し、該位相比較器から基準48号と該電圧制御発
    振器出力を該分局器により分周した信号の位相差に応じ
    た信号を出力し、該出力を該ローパスフィルタを介して
    該電圧制御発振器に入力するとともに該ローパスフィル
    タ出力に変調信号を1畳する株にしたことを%似とする
    周波数変調器。
