、２２・・・偏向器、２３・・・ブランキング器、２４
・・・パターンデータ変換器、２５・・・ブランキング
信号発生器、２６・・・走査信号発生器、２７・・・偏

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 荷電粒子源より発生した荷電粒子線を試料面上に細く絞
    る手段と、上記荷電粒子線を試料面上で偏向走査する偏
    向手段とを具備した荷電粒子装置において、上記荷電粒
    子線をｘ＝−１とＸ＝＋１の間を往復偏向走査する際に
    偏向の位置Ｘを１（１−（Ｔ）２）に比例した微小量だ
    け位置補正する手段を具備したことを特徴とする荷電粒
    子線描画装置。
