Claims (1)
- 荷電粒子源より発生した荷電粒子を細く絞り試料面上に
照射し、上記試料面上の所望の位置に上記荷電粒子を偏
向させる荷電粒子光学系において上記荷電粒子を細く絞
るために集束用レンズを少なくとも１個用い、上記荷電
粒子を偏向させるために偏向器を３個用いて構成したこ
とを特徴とする荷電粒子線用集束偏向装置。
