Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は断熱性浴槽に関するものである。
図面に示す様に浴槽本体１の外周の全部又は一部に連続
気泡性ポリウレタンフォーム層３を装着した構造とした
ものである。
連続気泡性ポリウレタンフォーム層は第１図に示す様に
浴槽本体の外部側面及び底面の全域に装着させた構造と
することが出来るが、場合により第２図のように浴槽本
体の側面全域のみに装着した構造とすることも出来、更
に側面の一部のみに装着した構造とすることも出来る。
また第２図及び第３図の様に洗槽本体に装着された連続
気泡性ポリウレタンフォーム層の更にその外周部にエプ
ロン２又は予めエプロンの内側に連続気泡性ポリウレタ
ンフォーム層を装着した断熱性エプロン４を取付一体化
した構造とすることも出来る。
従来、浴槽の断熱材として又、その構造的補強材として
硬質ウレタンフオームを用いた構造のものが使用されて
いた。
従来の硬質ウレタンフオームを用いたものはその気泡の
８０％以上が独立セル構造であるために浴室等の高温高
温のもとで使用される場合には高温によりそのセル中の
ガスが膨張し、又高温のためにセル膜が変形したりして
、フオーム全体として膨張や変形を起す欠点があった。
そのために従来は硬質ポリウレタンフォームを、場合に
より低比重にして用いることも自から限界があり、通常
そのフオームの比重はフリー発泡で０．０２４程度が実
用的使用限度とされていた。
本案は上記の様に連続気泡性ポリウレタンフォーム層を
浴槽本体の外周の全部又は一部に装着した構造としたの
で浴槽の釜近辺や浴室のような高温高温のもとで使用し
てもフオーム構造の変形や寸法変化が少なく、場合によ
りそのフオームの比重がフリー発泡で０．０１４程度の
ものまで実用的に使用可能であり、ポリウレタン材料の
節約にもなるものである。
なお、場合により本考案に係る連続気泡性ポリウレタン
フォーム層と、従来の硬質ポリウレタンフォーム層とを
適宜組合せ両者の特長を生した構造とすることも出来る
。
連続気泡性ポリウレタンフォーム層を浴槽本体に装着す
る場合については、例えば浴槽本体外周部に間隙をおい
て枠組し、その間隙に連続気泡性ポリウレタンフォーム
層を注入し、発泡硬化後枠を除去することにより装着さ
せることが出来る。
又浴槽の外周部にスプレーにより連続気泡性ポリウレタ
ンフォーム層を装着させることも出来る。
前記注入により連続気泡性ポリウレタンフォーム層を装
着させる場合、発泡時の発泡圧が低いためにその発泡圧
を支える枠組や保持具として、従来に比して極めて簡単
なものを用いることが出来るなどの効果もある。
