- 液体ヘリウム、液体水素等を貯蔵する二重殻の
超低温貯槽において、内槽外面に耐圧保冷材をと
りつけ、その外面に気密膜を設け、この気密膜と
外槽との間を常圧パーライト保冷とすることを特
徴とする超低温貯槽。
