波発振器、３は導波管、４はマイクロ波共振空胴、６は
放電灯、１０は函体、１１．１２は貫通孔、１３は通風
口、１４は送風手段。なお、各図中同一符号は同一また
は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マイクロ波発振器、このマイクロ波発振器により発振さ
    れたマイクロ波を導く導波管、この導波管に給電口を通
    じて接続され、−面にマイクロ波を遮断し、光を通過す
    る部材を有するマイクロ波共振空胴、この空胴内に配設
    された無電極放電灯からなるマイクロ波放電光源装置に
    おいて、空胴壁の一部および／または導波管の一部に貫
    通孔を形成するとともに、通風口を介して送風手段に接
    続され−た函体を上記貫通孔を覆うように設けたことを
    特徴とするマイクロ波放電光源装置。
