    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ゛　　　　　　マグネトロンより発振されたマイクロ波
    をマ゛壽′クロ波空胴に導（マイクロ波放電光源装置本
    体、上記マイクロ波空胴内に配設され、マイクロ波エネ
    ルギーによって放電発光するランプ、上記マイクロ波空
    胴の外部に配設され、上記ランプに紫外線を照射する始
    動補助ランプ、上記ランプからの光を検出する光検出器
    を有するものにおいて、上記光検出器の出力信号を参照
    し、上記始動補助ランプ点灯後にマグネトロンの発振を
    開始させ、上記ランプの点灯後、始動補助ランプを消灯
    する様にした制御装置を設けたことを特徴とするマイク
